Why would I take the time to write a review for Del Taco? You know it's gonna be about service, cause the best thing you can say about Del Taco food....is that it tastes like Del Taco food. Now that's not a bad thing, but it's nothing to write home about.
However, the service at this location is consistently amazing. I've been to this location a handful of times. Each time had me leaving the drive thru in a better mood than when I arrived. They are soooo nice.

They earned a 1 star on 2 occasions. Wish I could put 0. I ordered my meal and was told to park amd wait for fresh fries. When I got my order I went home and opened it. It was a half filled fry cup with soft cold fries in it and the drink I got was wrong. I called they told me come back ANYTIME to have it replaced. When I go back to collect my order they tell me I waited too long and wouldn't give me my order. I'm never visiting this location again. I urge others not to. The workers or this location need to go. Very poor customer service. This isn't my first incorrect order from here but I never brought up till this last time.

Jonathan is so nice and helpful! We love this location it's right by our house and have always had a great experience the fries are hot and food is fresh! I had a wrong order once and the manager was so kind and fixed everything! Thank you del taco on Haven!!

Taco.ߧnk about when I'm in dyer need of an emergency breakfast. On this day, however, I was hit with a serious case of the morning munchies. As I scanned, the area this Del Taco just happened to in front of me on . I figured it would be ok, at its least. Something to calm my torturing hunger immediately. Af¹ĺter I ordered, I was flabbergasted on how much I actually enjoyed the whole experience. The lady working the drive-thru was on it. She was courteous, fast with my order and smiles.. The food was great, both fresh and delicious. Thank you.

I am never disappointed. All the employees are great and helpful. The food is always fresh! They have forgotten a couple items here and there but are very nice about it and do make it up to you. I usually go for the queso chicken epic burrito. It is delicious! Also they have really good strawberry lemonade!?

sometimes ii can get food and sometimes ii can't.. just went through the drive through and they said their oil is off for the night and can't do anything fried. sometimes they tell me their systems are down and can't take any orders. why is it that something is always broken and they can't serve me, but they are open 24 hours?

This Del Taco location has always had good service and made the food well. My only concern is the new ownership of the chain from Jack in Box changing things up. There's already a lot of weird new stuff on the menu which is fine as long as they don't mess with the bold burrito and "snack/value" taco
