We went during their soft opening so I wasn't expecting much. There was one guy, we presume it was the owner of the plane, that was manning both the ordering and the beverage making. Drinks came slow but the guy was multitasking pretty well considering our group of 8 ordered all at once.Decor was themed pink and bright, complete with a small photo booth.I had the Oreo mochi mochi and it was delicious. I will say though that it was slightly difficult to use the straw - the mochi got stuck a few times. Sweet as Oreo can be!Hubs had the taro mashed milk and that was delicious as well. I would recommend for those that aren't huge on sweet drinks. Mildly sweet creamy taro flavor.Overall, not bad for a soft opening and customer service was cordial and respectable.

Really cute spot and the service is great. They have soy milk as a substitute for any milk tea and custom sweetness level. We stayed to enjoy our drinks inside. We got the Oreo brulee and the taro milk tea with chunks of cakey taro. Very good!

The wait time was 30 mins plus.Ordered 6 drinks in total, ended up waiting longer than the time I actually drank. This place not ready to serve customer yet. For the soft opening, they were offering buy 1 get 1, 50% off - but they didnt even take the discount off.So disappointing with this shop. Would rather go to the kung fu tea next door. Sorry not visiting again. Terrible customer service
