I Ordered over the phone an XL Family Pack-$75.00 & they tell me 10-15mins. I get there in 15mins, NO Order even Started! 15mins Later (30 mins total) My food was ready? Get Home, they gave Me a bowl of Pickles and Onions and Left Out My 8 Biscuits! WOW, Won't be back here Again! Maybe Cooperate should take a look at how this store is being handled, Bad Business!??

Went to a friend's house to chill and take a swim on a hot Saturday evening and then decided that none of us really wanted to cook. Solution, let's get Dicky's BBQ instead. Now, me and my wife had never had Dicky's and were definitely willing to try it out. We ordered the Extra-Large Family Pack with three meats, three side, 8 rolls and BBQ sauce. We had the Carolina Pulled Pork, Texas Brisket and the Fall Off the Bone Ribs with sides of Baked Beans, Creamy Coleslaw and Mac and Cheese. I have heard mixed reviews of Dicky's, but I really have to admit, the food was fantastic. The meat was all so very good and very well cooked and tender. I enjoyed all three but I think the ribs were my favorite. The sides were all delicious as well. Especially the Mac and Cheese. The BBQ sauce was good but really not needed as the meat had it own superb flavor. The meal was enough to feed the four of us and well worth the price. Over all, Dicky's was far better than I anticipated. I really enjoyed the food and the price as better for a family pack than I figured it would be. For some really good BBQ meat and sides, I would recommend trying out Dicky's BBQ.

Very clean and accessible spot. They provide big meals and for fair prices. We liked the menu a lot and the staff were very friendly and chatty. Will definitely recommend this spot.

I ordered the rib dinner but was told they had no ribs ... then I ordered the Cesar salad and a side of baked beans ... when I got home there were no beans, and the salad came without a roll, the salad was covered in onion rings?, about four small slices of chicken and was so salty I was unable to eat it ... never again!!!!

Visited for the first time during Corona as I am diligently trying to support local. The person taking my order was very patient as I wasn't familiar with the menu. Loved the pulled pork sandwich and my sides. Going back again tonight for a repeat of what I enjoyed a couple weeks ago. Really hope people can settle down during this time.

The staffs at this restaurant is very kind, they all look like they're doing their job, I've been in this restaurant during the weekends and I would agree that they are busy and that they are busy with online and pick-up as to I am one of them, I asked the cashier if they're staying busy but as it can be seen that they are, even though the food took a little bit of time its understandable since you can tell that they're doing their best to get to each costumers as they can and get the order out as soon as possible, they do apologize for the inconvenience, when we do online order and they don't have a certain things in their menu or in their store I've got calls from them letting us know is they don't have that certain stuff, which we appreciate so much since we don't want the hassle of getting a refund if it can be change to something else, and the person who's calling to let us know is very nice and very polite, and that makes up for the inconvenience and they're willing to accommodate for the item they don't have and also their food is pretty good too. So I would recommend this store anytime, especially with all the outbreak that's going on, they're doing their best to stay open for costumers and serve us, so thank you.

This is the worst Dickey's location ever in San Bernardino County. It is a newer location but the way the staff treat my food, especially during the coronavirus outbreak, is disrespectful and not professional. Sunday night I ordered a kids 1 meat meal plate for free with St. Louis ribs, lemonade and green beans and a 2 meat plate with green beans, waffle fries, turkey and sliced beef brisket. I ordered the food for the pickup via the app on my iPhone and I requested time at 6:45 pm on 26 April. Then when I arrived there were two young employees and they did NOT EVEN FINISH UP MY ORDER. They took their time making others orders incorrectly by giving me wrong sides of barbecue beans instead of waffle fries and they gave me undercooked ribs and chopped solid beef brisket. It is not safe to give customers undercooked food as I have a lot of fears bringing home COVID-19 from my favourite barbecue place. The staff also do not remember which one of the boxes belong to the customers, which is why the management or the supervisors wrote my name on every box, and they even forgot to seal the bag, add in the onions and pickles, and most importantly the barbecue sauce. Everything I ordered was inadvertently made and the sides were mixed up with the other customers' orders. It took me 15 minutes upon arrival time to receive the food and I even requested more barbecue sauce in the order, and after realising that there is no single trace of the sauce in my bag. (The company does not allow self-serve barbecue sauce areas anymore due to contamination concerns) I also never seen a Dickey's location with hand-painted posters of limited hours of 11:30 am-7:30 pm every day posted on the windows, which is the first thing that spotted me on the wrongdoings in the restaurant. EVEN MY FAVOURITE DRINKS ARE OUT IN THE APP, ALTHOUGH IT IS AVAILABLE ON THE MACHINE INSIDE THE STORE! On the other hand, I describe the three words of this place again, which includes the lack of sanitation, professionalism and lack of awareness of other customers. It is not the type of Dickey's that I would go again, for a wrong order during the COVID-19 lockdowns. I would like to have the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health to investigate this location on how the staff cooks the pork and the meats and the cleanliness of the location, as this is the first time I have ordered Dickey's in the newer location in Rancho Cucamonga. I recommend all locals in this area to go back to the smaller location next to the I-10 at Haven Avenue, where the service is better and more professional. Do not go to this location on Base Line Avenue, because every single takeout order is improperly made and the employees are not willing to give a single container of barbecue sauce even when you find out that they forgot to add the sauce containers in your order.

Went here with delivery. Half the items were missing but that was because of DoorDash messing up. However, what I wasn't told was that the soda fountain was broken and that I would be getting cans of soda instead of a big yellow cup. They gave us 4 empty big yellow cups and 4 cans of soda which barely filled it half way. 9$ for 4 cans of soda. I complained to Dickies on their website and still haven't heard anything back after a week. Very dissapointed. Highly doubtful I'll go back. Staff was really cool and nice though

This place is just terrible - I have been to these chains before but this particular pit is exactly that THE PITS!! The kid at the register was polite and the cook looked busy BUT practically all the sides were OUT and it was 630p!! Then I order the potato casserole and it was total SLOP! I had to TRY to eat it with a spoon. Also the sausage tasted like it was cooked last week. Whoever manages this store should be fired. The light outside wasn't even on. Place is terrible and it just opened. Do NOT go to this one, find another one ANYWHERE else.

First time we came they were out of biscuits and gave us a slice of bread instead. The next two times we came, they were out of Fried Okra (my favorite side). One our last visit, not only were they out of fried okra, they also ran out of ice cream. Now we go to one in Sierra Lakes or the one on 4th & Haven and we've never had a problem.

No STARS!!!! The brisket is so dry you can't even eat and the chicken isn't much better. I would never eat her again. The service was slow and after waiting 20 minutes we were told they didn't have what we ordered.

Out of Everythin . Barely any meat on the plates. No cups, no ice cream, no plastic forks, no onion straws, etc, instead of putting the we are out of everything sign on the front door, it was put at the register, so you spend all that time waiting in line and then find out they have nothing. I don't know who orders but I think they need to go back to ordering school. The young men tonight were really nice. It isn't there fault they have to deal with being out of everything. Also out of ice cream after we got there and no toilet paper in the bathrooms.

The food was very good. However, they had one new person working and another person working as well. The challenge was that they did not have enough help to accommodate the number of customers that arrived during my visit.
