Went in the evening when it was dead. Our food took suspiciously long and the cashier assured us our food would be out shortly. We waited 30 minutes and when they bring out food out, I get something I didn’t even order and THE FOOD WAS COLD. Do not eat here the brisket is unseasoned and your food comes out cold! The one is Eastvale is way better.

The ranch boss is BOMB! The lady working at the register is super friendly, they brought my food to my table, have huge TV's with sports on most of them, trivia on one. And, she told me there are line dancing lessons here tomorrow night? This place is so good! LOVE IT

First time at this location in Ontario, The location is hidden so keep your eyes open. We entered the restaurant at 7ish, a few people waiting for food. Young man at the counter was fast and respectful food took a little longer then expected but that means its fresh. Clean building will be returning.

I noticed how rude the main manager was I could hear here yelling a lot and noticed it wasn’t a very friendly place the workers were really nice but it was definitely not the vibe

Got there at 11:50 and the sign said be back at 11am, then when door was opened at 12:10 I was told basically they had nothing. I got a brisket, fries and a drink and the brisket wasn't even cooked all the way and had to throw it out, the fries were a tiny portion and had what seemed like a dried sugar salt that tasted awful and the drink was flat. She mentioned this store was likely closing because of the corporate decisions. $23 for inedible food, worst location I've ever been to. Unfortunate for the employee because she seemed like she was just trying to get by.

So the web site said it closes at 9pm got there at 7:15pm and the door got locked as we were walking to the door. The female looked at us as she put up a sign that said be back at 11am.

What's the point of opening the store at 11am if the food isn't going to be ready until noon? Drove 15 minutes to the Eastvale location where food was ready to be served.

I came here for the first time because I had a deal for $5 off. I ordered online around 11:15, and the soonest choice for picking up the order was 11:45, even though it was just fries. I tried calling the restaurant to see if they could expedite it, but the voicemail said that they no longer answer their phone due to staffing. I showed up at the restaurant around 11:25. There were no customers there, and there was just one girl working who was on her phone. I told her that I had ordered online but that it didn't give me a choice any earlier than 11:45, but it was just fries. She said she would go ahead and get that cooking for me. It took about 5 minutes and then we were out of there.I was really surprised how small the portion of fries was for it being $5! The taste was ok... Nothing special or memorable or worth coming back for.There was a printed sign on the counter saying that this location was not accepting the T-Mobile Tuesday deal, however that was the exact deal I had used, which I had done successfully online.I had originally been wanting the brisket beans, but they were all out, the employee said.
