I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would arrive in 35-45 minutes. The pizza finally arrived 1 hrs and 15 minutes later. The pizza was cold, the soda I ordered was warm, and exploded all over me when I tried to open it. I'll call somewhere else next time.

I ordered my pizza online at 2:35 and was promised my driver was nearby at 3:18. I called to ask about my delivery and was given a 4 minute ETA. I called back again at 3:56 and when demanding my refund and reasoned that it'd definitely be cold by now the staff ensured me it wasn't because of the magic of an insulated bag.
If you want to take the risk please use a credit card and be prepared to charge back.
If you're in Upland please just use the Foothill store instead.

Placed a delivery order at 713 and was not delivered. Called the store and was told that the driver was near by. 835 and still nothing. Called the store again and was told the driver knocked several times but was a lie because my door was wide open. And manager told me he would refund the order and make me a new one and have it delivered within 20 minutes. It was delivered by the promised time but the food was COLD! This is insane.

I alway get delivery from another store but I guess sence this one is closer than app automatically selected honestly not very happy driver got lots she was a sweetheart but management fail to call in to after 30 min I call to see what’s the issue because it said deliver all they said was o she is around the corner not that she was lost I went outside and found her and on top of all the wings were a joke $10 for 8 miniature wings with 3 drops of sauce very disappointing

This location is good and make it right, especially the extravaganza pizza omg so good. I buy that one now. I am huge fan of garlic including Ice cream but the knots are just ok. Friendly service as well. Ty, I will be back.

I ordered the new special upgrade automatically to the large pizza when you buy two mediums. Up on picking up my order I noticed that my pizza was not upgraded. I brought up to the managers attention and let him know that my pizza was NOT upgraded to the large like that promo. All he can say is that he was going to speak to his supervisor about the app in the glitch or that un sufficient information regarding the promo upgrade. Not very happy with the service and the lack of training to rectify the issue.
