My friend and I have came here before this being her second time and my 7th. I enjoy coming here it’s something my husband and I look forward to every time we’re at Victoria gardens we love it there. We were being helped by a young gentleman who asked if we said our order slow as he’s new. We completely understood and complied, when we were going to split the bill my friend offered to pay for my order. We told him it would be two separate orders. He said he was going to look for a pen since he can’t go back in the system to redo the order. We started writing the order down and Joy. Stepped in and said that we can’t be writing the separate orders that we need to give it to him and tell him then and there. We said that it was him who asked us to do it. She than repeated herself again not even listening or understanding the situation and automatically said again you can’t do that and that you need to give it to him when you order. I again repeated myself and she kept saying that we need to do it next time that it has to be told to him we can’t write it. I told her I felt like we were being attacked by the tone of her voice which was very rude. She gave me attitude and said that he isn’t attacking me. (Yet she rolled her eyes) I don’t know if she’s a manager or if she just acts entitled but that was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from here. She apologized to another customer over his order not being done in a timely manner so obviously she knows how to apologize. I’ve never been so disrespected and disappointed in customer service. From a company I always highly praise. I hope I don’t ever receive service from her again.

They said it would take 40 mins to make a vegan donut??? They suggested to call ahead next time and that I have to buy half a dozen and I can't buy just one. I'd rather drive to Cosmic Bakery. I understand "made to order" but 40 mins is ridiculous and there was one group of 4 people ahead of us so it was not busy.

Manager Joy is absolutely incredible and such a lovely lady. Working hard on her own when i came in, but she is very diligent and super sweet. The donuts were very yummy! They are cake donuts if that's not your preference, but they are my favorites

The store manager, Joy, is an absolute delight! I ordered a cinnamon sugar donut and she gave me the blueberry pancake donut to try as well. I took my donuts next door to the Coffee Bean and grabbed a cup of coffee and ate my donuts (Duck donuts offer coffee as well but it was a little chilly outside and I wanted to sit inside at coffee bean). The donuts were soft and warm, and amazingly delicious. The texture was like a blend of cake and raised donut. Probably the best donuts I’ve ever had. After I finished my donuts, I went back and ordered the maple bacon donut. Also delicious. The maple glaze is not too sweet and the bacon was fresh and abundant.I also LOVE their mission and vision. I highly recommend trying this wonderful donut shop!

The donut was horrible. The place looks old and ran down For being at the Victoria gardens. My coffee was not that great. When I was there the lid popped off when I was in the car drinking it. The lid popped off and I'm wearing the white shirt. So yes I'm at Ross having to buy a shirt now!!! I'll never go here again! Not sure how these places stay in business! I'm throwing my donut and coffee out waste of money and waste of time! Don't let me get started on these rubber duckies!

Duck Donuts is a whole vibe!! Ms. Joy’s hospitality & spirit was upper echelon. You’re guaranteed fresh warm donuts, that cinnamon sugar one touched my spirit!!! The New Birth song playing just took me back home, I’m a southern guy. If you’re new to this area like myself definitely give duck donuts a try. I purchased the signature box and everyone in my office loved them.

Simple place. Order the s'more donut with ice cream and it was amazing!!! Good ice cream That perfectly complimented the fried donut that was crispy on the outside and soft and doughy on the inside... Definitely coming back to try more. Really good price too!!

Wouldn’t come here again false advertising donuts say 2.85 but they charge you 3.95 for each donut then they forgot to make my milkshake and latte because they were busy gossiping about a customer and the latte was not good at

I ordered the donut milkshake. I was expecting something like what was displayed on the menu but recieved this. The donut was stuffed inside the drink with the lid on top. I took off the lid and took a picture. I was so appalled by this?? The donut was now all soggy and squished since it was stuffed in there. Oh yeah, and a 20 minute wait to get this! The servers name was Pablo. He was the only one working.

I am a big time donut fan and have been to many good donut places from the big chains to small artisan donuts shops. I had high expectations for this but I felt the donuts here are good but not spectacular. The donuts are made fresh, made to order but a bit too moist. The texture and the chewiness are good but a bit too spongy like a muffin. The biggest drawback for not getting a 5 star is all the donuts are made from the same base with the only difference being the glaze and the drizzle, and the service is quite slow. Overall the donuts are still very good. My personal recommendation is anything with maple bacon and blueberries.
