I don’t really go out of my way to make reviews but if I can help someone from spending money on this place, so be it. If I’m being nice… it was mid. The food was… edible. The service… well the service was non existent. I have never seen a cucumber salad with such variety of shapes n sizes… so if you like big n thin pieces chopped at random you’re in for a treat. If you like your potstickers clumped together by a thick crust at the bottom… this is for you. So if you have money to throw around without a care, come on down

Lives up to the reviews. Got worried about the asian vs non-asian cliente...worries abated. XLB was so good, empty steamer pictured. Got the beef noodle souo and beef roll. All was very good.

I know they were really busy, us first time there. Didn’t bring us the fried rice. This review is based on service alone.

Although Dumpling Master doesn't accept reservations, they have a quick turnover and you won't be waiting all that long. We came looking for xiao long bao, and ordered a couple other things to go with. The pork buns were the best, but we wished they had a little bit more meat in them. The noodles were good, but had cooled too much to mix the oil in, and were stuck together too much to eat easily. The xiao long bao were disappointing. The dough was thick and broke easily, there wasn't much broth, and they lacked a lot of flavor. They might've been a little better if they were warm when we got them.

Top 3 Christmas dinner ever. Best hot and sour soup I’ve ever ordered, and dumplings are fresh, high quality, and even have vegetarian and chicken options. Looking forward to my next visit.

Bad customer service. Servers are rude. Food is ok. Had better at other places with better service and more options. They said if we left a five star review we would get a free drink I’ll pass. Service is ridiculous. The sauce bar is gross the sauces are open who knows how often they change them and sauce area is messy.
