Finally tried the dumpling master and we were very disappointed. The service was very fast, and it's definitely a place to go real quick grab a bite. I was not wowed by anything on the menu, we ordered chow mein, shrimp tempura, pork buns, tonkotsu ramen, fried calamari... we tried a few things to give it a chance and the xiao long bao were probably the best tasting thing we had. Unfortunately I will not go out of my way to eat here again

Food was tasty, service was attentive, and professional. I came here because I saw a posting about it being as good as Din Tai Fung and as a former employee I wanted to see what the hype was about. I think this chain has the potential to be just as good as Din Tai Fung. They are starting off and would highly recommend.

Here's the rule of thumb, if you goto a Chinese restaurant and there are no Chinese and/or other Asians there besides the workers, the flavors will not be there.

This is the case for Dumpling Masters.

Weekend lunch time.

Xiao long bao is missing major pork juice umami flavor. Beef roll is off with the beef and scillon pancake ratio. The shrimp and pork potstickers was missing shrimp. The only decent thing was the beef noodle.

Food was really good. Staff was friendly and place was really clean. Menu needs to be updated online so I'll add a pic of the new prices

MOUTH-GASM! Yes, you read that correctly. Everything on this menu will have your eyes rolling to the back of your head in disbelief how DELICIOUS it is. I recommend the spicy beef noodle soup and the Xiao Long Bao. You know what, scratch that, just try it all. I'm leaving upset I couldn't eat more. So good. Come hungry and ready to eat. 10/10. My new favorite spot.

Dumpling Masters? More like Dumpling Amateurs.

Food was mid and very greasy. Good for one time visit.

The fish dumplings were great but I'd want to try more items before giving a higher rating.

The BEST dumpling/ramen place in town by far. The food is very authentic and delicious. They have many different kinds of dumplings, noodles, ramen. And dipping sauce station to build your own sauce. I’ve been here many times and the food is always good, service is great.

Great noodle soup. Dumplings are average which are still good. Freshness is important. Great quick stop.

For this place to be known for their dumplings this was the worst part of the meal. The sauces also did not go with the dumplings. The chow mein was pretty okay once soy sauce was added wasn’t mad at that at all. The mango smoothie we had was really good. Very fresh. All in all I wouldn’t return. Paid $50 & was very disappointed.

Very flavorful dumplings, fried rice, noodles, and bao buns! The staff were super friendly and kind, they even gave our dog some cucumbers!

The cucumber salad was way too salty. I think it would be more edible if they used a reduced sodium soy sauce. The flavor is good thanks to the sesame oil but it’s just so salty that I couldn’t finish it.

The dumplings were very small and had zero flavor. Not even salt. It tasted like they just stuffed them with ground pork and called it a day. I had to dip the dumplings in the cucumber salad sauce to compensate.

I left feeling a bit dissatisfied. The service was quick, which is why they’re getting three stars instead of two, but the food needs some improvement.
