Lives up to the reviews. Got worried about the asian vs non-asian cliente...worries abated. XLB was so good, empty steamer pictured. Got the beef noodle souo and beef roll. All was very good.
Although Dumpling Master doesn't accept reservations, they have a quick turnover and you won't be waiting all that long. We came looking for xiao long bao, and ordered a couple other things to go with. The pork buns were the best, but we wished they had a little bit more meat in them. The noodles were good, but had cooled too much to mix the oil in, and were stuck together too much to eat easily. The xiao long bao were disappointing. The dough was thick and broke easily,...
Top 3 Christmas dinner ever. Best hot and sour soup I’ve ever ordered, and dumplings are fresh, high quality, and even have vegetarian and chicken options. Looking forward to my next visit.
