Dunkin is always good!!!! Especially, their coffee!!!!!! YUMMY!!!!! I had the croissant sandwith turkey sausage! YUM!

Unfortunately every time I go get donuts after 7 they’re always “out of donuts”. I know they close at 8 but shouldn’t they have them all day? Or at least put a sign that they’re out of them or might as well just close for the day when they sell out.

They really need to get a new coffee machine:( always very watery and gross coffee whenever i get an iced coffee.
Every time I’m in town I DoorDash Dunkin and every time my iced coffee is never made correctly. The drink is either too bitter or there’s no flavor to it or there is too much milk. It’s not just this store this is a nationwide issue (I do OTR trucking, I’ve been to every state with a Dunkin lol) I’d say only 5% of Dunkin’s get drinks 100 right and it’s all because they aren’t trained right and definitely not paid enough to care. It sucks for both, the barista and the customer because we are both being screwed.

There was a problem with the flushing of the toilet in their store. It couldn't be used. I reported it to the waiter, but no one helped to fix it after waiting for a long time. When I came on 5.17, the toilet couldn't be flushed either. But after telling the waiter, it was quickly fixed and said it could be used. I don't know why no one helped to fix it today.
This is the worst dunkin you will possibly find. I would say the manager is the worse of all. He definitely is a two face man he talks about his employees to customers. I’ve heard him yell at his employees. He is constantly complaining about how he doesn’t want to work. I hope this dunkin realizes it will go down hill with this manager. Also all the employees look miserable!

I came to this Dunkin’ Donuts on Mother’s Day because I was craving a refresher, I will not deny that they are good, but I should’ve went with my first mind in going to Dutch Bros or Starbucks. When I ordered my refresher, I asked for cold foam, which has never been a problem at any of the Dunkin’ Donuts from California to Vegas as I live in both places. I’m always able to get cold foam with any drink as an add on, but on this particular day they told me they were not able to add it to my drink. When I got to the drive-through window, I proceeded to ask them who I couldn’t get cold foam they said they charge which of course I’m fully aware of and did not have a button for cold foam. I don’t mind paying if I want it and it’s something extra I’m gonna pay for it. She said she didn’t have a button to add cold foam as a charge so she wouldn’t know how to charge me for the cold foam because it’s not free. I’m still confused on how she couldn’t charge me for the cold foam then she proceeded to look at me with an attitude. I just wanna say people’s worth ethic these days are horrible especially this Dunkin’ Donuts. If I could give it a zero rating I would I will not be returning to this place and you shouldn’t either.
