Sometimes the food is not really what it should be and sometimes the cold lattes coffees be to water down or are to cream down. Adrian the GM he is excellent he will always fix a problem he has great customer service and he make Dunkin' donuts in rancho Cucamonga what it is.

This is my regular coffee stop on the mornings I'm in the office. The staff is friendly and my order is always ready when I get to the drive-through window. The coffee is good it doesn't give me heartburn which is important! And they have a really good variety of both pastry and bakery type treats as well as breakfast foods with protein available. So whatever you're looking for in the morning, they've got it here. Also if you use the app, the rewards add up quickly so you can get a free coffee or a free donut, free breakfast sandwich whatever you want usually pretty quickly and there's lots of opportunities to get bonuses say for an afternoon order. Or they'll do something like $2 coffee for rewards members.

Unfortunately every time I go get donuts after 7 theyāre always āout of donutsā. I know they close at 8 but shouldnāt they have them all day? Or at least put a sign that theyāre out of them or might as well just close for the day when they sell out.

Every time Iām in town I DoorDash Dunkin and every time my iced coffee is never made correctly. The drink is either too bitter or thereās no flavor to it or there is too much milk. Itās not just this store this is a nationwide issue (I do OTR trucking, Iāve been to every state with a Dunkin lol) Iād say only 5% of Dunkinās get drinks 100 right and itās all because they arenāt trained right and definitely not paid enough to care. It sucks for both, the barista and the customer because we are both being screwed.

There was a problem with the flushing of the toilet in their store. It couldn't be used. I reported it to the waiter, but no one helped to fix it after waiting for a long time. When I came on 5.17, the toilet couldn't be flushed either. But after telling the waiter, it was quickly fixed and said it could be used. I don't know why no one helped to fix it today.
