I love Dunkin’ but they are constantly messing up simple drinks. It’s been so many times , I don’t understand how it’s consistently wrong.

We went the store 10/21 at 7:30pm. We checked and the store won’t close until 8. Door was completely locked. So we drove thru ( drive thru closes at 9) . The employees were ready to close up and gave us huge attitude. We just ordered simple coffee and donuts. She was completely annoyed i guess cus they were trying to close early.

I just left the drive-thru less than ten minutes ago. I told the cashier that my latte looked like milk. She said that’s how they look but I can add a shot, it’s gonna cost you more. I told her this is not the way it should look plus it’s not Even filled to the top, she continued to argue with me about how it was made correctly, but that I could pay extra to add a shot if I wanted. Whatever happened to the days of good customer service

After seeing advertisements of Dunkin’ Donuts I thought I would give them a try for breakfast. I got an iced caramel latte, bacon egg and cheese bagel and hashbrowns and was super disappointed. The hashbrowns were cold, sandwich was bland and bread was dry, and the coffee was “ehhh”. You would think with them spending more on advertisements the food would be better. Highly disappointed. Should’ve gone to McDonald’s or chic fil a. Waste of $13. Never going to dunkin again.

No matter how clearly you tell them your order, they will still get it wrong. And I don’t know why they fill the drinks with ice only ? We’re paying for pretty much a cup of ice.

I just got two donuts and a coffee. They asked if I wanted sugar in my coffee and I said yes a bit sweet I'd rather do it myself. The price was fair and the seating was comfortable. Sure I would recommend them for a quick snack.

I always enjoy coming to this particular dunkin' donuts. Management always makes my day when they're running the drive-thru window! I've been coming to this dunkin' donuts because of the smile that managers put on my face they're always so upbeat! ?Now I know it's not their fault please try to keep snacking bacon in stock! ? Every time I go in the afternoon they're always run out.
