Its sad to see the west side of the country most Dunkins are dirty and customer service is the worst, when the east side really cares, everything is clean, neat and excellent customer service. California sucks!
I don't get what everyone likes about this place. The doughnuts are more dense, not light and airy like a doughnut should be. You'd be better off going to Krispy Kreme or one of the mom & pop doughnut shops scattered around town, such as Jax. If you feel like a 20 minute drive, go to The Donut Man in Glendora, they have bomb doughnuts!

They have been a lot faster with phone app order.i do appreciate that they display the calories for each donuts . For the drinks its a hit or miss depending who make them .staff isnt the most helpful nor the most welcoming.Extremely dry and old tasting donuts .felt like they have been sitting on that shelf for 3 or 4 days . Not fluffy not warm .makes you wonder how many days old is the donuts and if they are properly removed every night . No comparasion with the fresh /hot one at krispy cream. Dunkin donuts donut taste extremely stale won't purchase a donut there again . Plain nasty and a huge disappointment. Wish the brand hold better higher quality standards . They don't... even the mass produced donuts at ralphs taste fresher and less dry than the one sold at dunkin . You can find better donuts better pastrie elsewhere. The manager is so tight now they force you to buy 5 mumchkin instead of 3 ridiculous if purchased in store ... the location isnt all that either you will have a view on the parking lot .no sitting space outdoor only indoor . Wifi is free you can sit and relax inside .Parking: Free parking

Ordered from DoorDash. Food was absolutely disgusting, had to throw it all away. The meat in our breakfast sandwiches was undercooked. The bread was overcooked and stale. The hash browns were soggy. They didn't include a straw with our drink. On top of all that, they forgot two of our items. The employees here must be real incompetent. I would not recommend. Health department needs to check up on this place..
