What a bad experience
Went there , decorations looks nice as it’s a fancy restaurant
We sat for 20 mins
No one came to take an order or to even asks us what we want to drink or eat or anything

Like No waiter came to us for almost half an hour

Asked just a walking by employee for a heater they turned it on for less than 30 seconds and it turned off it ran out of gas
We asked another walking by employee like hey the heater turn off ran out of gas and he was like okay and left .

Waited
And waited
And waited
20-25 mins
No one turned on the heater
No server came to ask us what we need to order

Got up and left the place after letting from desk know what happened .

Oh plus had to pay 12$ for parking
Even parking 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ gave the girl 100$ she was like oh sorry no change
I was like okay I’ll pay card then
Her phone didn’t work and she kept on trying and couldn’t pay
We had to look in the car for some change to give them the damn 12$

I had my wife with me I was very annoyed I was like just get us the hell out of here !!

Very bad service, very bad experience, not recommended at all unless you want to go ruin your mood.

Terrible service. We called to reserve and it was an annoying automated machine. When we arrived The hostess told us to wait to be seated and disappeared for 20 - 25 minutes. Didn’t update us or acknowledge us, but walked past back and forth without looking our way the entire time. The place was empty and not sure if they were understaffed or just didn’t want us there. I informed her that we won’t be needing the table anymore and she didn’t apologize or give us a reason. Spend your money elsewhere.

It has no flavor, and it's clear the Chef doesn't know Mexican cuisine.

I had an excellent dinner today , the food was delicious, and the gentleman who helped me Jamlet, was incredibly attentive and kind. I’ll definitely come back for another drink just like that one🤭

Decided to finally give it a try for my friends birthday and our server KENYA made our experience 10x better she answered all our questions , recommended plates & drinks , food was delicious definitely coming back !

I took my wife for lunch on a Tuesday, there was only two other people eating in one table. When we walked in the waitress guide us to a table, I pulled out the chair to seat, unfortunately it was filled of food cramps, I took a napkin from another table to clean it myself but the waitress noticed what had happened, immediately he offered to clean it, then I started to pay attention to the rest it chairs and tables and they were in the same conditions. It was so disgusting that we literally walked out without orderly. It’s ashamed that a place that has looks so nice and beautiful is kept so dirty. I can just imagine how they keep the kitchen where customers can not see if, what is in everyone eyes is so inseparable.

We made a reservation for tyr rooftop. We arrived on time but we're sat in a dark corner in thr back with a broken light and no heat lamp. There were tables with fire pits where the parties were also given heat lamps but our party was told there were no more heaters available. The rooftop menu is limited to a taco bar that you're issued tickets to then go stand in line and order your own tacos. We waited im line to order but the taco guy was too busy in a personal conversation with another staff member to even acknowledge our presence. The service was so bad on the rooftop we paid our bill without getting our food and left. $68 for 2 drinks, one that wasn't even touched because we decided to leave, and some flavorless guacamole. As a frequenter of rooftop bars in Orange County this option is a HARD NO for service and food. Overpriced drinks and bad vibes only. I would have e given a 1 star but we went downstairs to the main restaurant and had a lovely time at the main bar. The bartender was fantastic and the appetizers we ordered were great. Huge contrast to the garbage happening on the rooftop.

Wanted to check this place out heard not the best service and they were right went up to the roof at 11pm ordered drinks for 4 of us got two of them at 11:40 wanted to cancel the other two she told us they were coming got them 5min b4 closing was told we can relax and finish them but at 12:01 you have to leave and of course I paid and left a tip first b4 she said anything then was rude at 12:01 you guys have to leave WTH I just got my beer that apparently they went somewhere else to get for it taking so long lol. Place only had like 20/25 people up there crazy

10 / 10 the service was top tier, the food was delicious and the Blue Hawaiian margarita was so fire, Nader made our special outing for my daughter's 25 bday 🎈🎂🎉, we chose to give it a try, they also offer outdoor sitting and in door, that was a plus for us because I made reservations for outside but the hostess was able accommodate inside because no one was outside, so that's great if you need something additional done, the whole restaurant is an amazing vibe, and my new friend Jordan made sure to get the order we placed was 💯 percent correct, that made for a great experience overall, I'm very happy to have found this delicious fine dining restaurant, I would really recommend you giving it try. Everything was marvelous 😊

⭐️ 1/5 – Not Worth It

Ambience was okay and the food presentation looked decent, but that’s where the positives end. The dishes tasted terrible — honestly like something you’d pick up pre-made from Northgate or Vallarta. To make it worse, the food came out cold, which is unacceptable at the prices they’re charging.

Overall, it was a huge disappointment. Not recommended. Avoid!

I went here for a quick drink before my tennis practice. I was hoping to check out the rooftop but it was closed due to the weather so I just sat at the bar. The bar ambience was chill. I ordered a spicy margarita with a Tajin rim. The drink took quite a while to be made but it tasted pretty good, so worth the wait. I would definitely come back again.

I'm shocked that this price level restaurant will provide you utensils that's not thoroughly cleaned😖There are some food residue clogged on the knife and fork, you can also find the oil wiped trace, we asked for a new one and it's still like that, we have to clean that by ourselves. (Photo is the one we got after replacement, the food piece is there when the fork is passed to us, not from our table)

Ranch Cucamonga has a new roof top over looking the city. Come out chill on top of the city and enjoy the view and light from this gorgeous building.
