The ambiance was great at this restaurant. The service was beyond awesome!!! This place is relatively new, but give it a chance it's definitely worth it. Their food was delicious and really tasted authentic. Definitely coming back.

Very nice and great food. The salsas are hot and the food authentic. The service was very good even though the place gets packed. The ambiance is what you should expect of a neighborhood Mexican restaurant . Highly recommend.

Super friendly, good food. We tried a couple burritos a three item plate and the chile Verde. The chicken burrito had a ton of chicken, same with the asada burrito. Love the Verde. Also, loved that they give you hot chips and salsa.

Huge Breakfast Burritos The burritos come with beans, eggs (choice of meat), ham, cheese and topped with salsa. I added veggies to mine. They are definitely shareable burritos because they are so massive. Come with a side of chips, guac and sour cream. Easy to order over the phone. Order was ready in 15 mins. The restaurant looked super clean and nicely decorated. They offer beer and cocktails.

If I had a frequent flyer card for El Mezcalito, I'd probably have racked up enough points for a free sombrero by now! Seriously, folks, this place has become my second home faster than you can say "¡Olé!" I stumbled upon El Mezcalito one hungry Sunday afternoon when my sister-in-law was in town and wanted Mexican food. Since then, I've practically set up camp there. The food? Oh, let me tell you about the food! It's like a fiesta in your mouth - bursting with flavor, spices that dance on your taste buds, and portions that could feed a Mexican wrestling team. But it's not just about the food - it's the whole enchilada! The owner, bless his soul, is like the guardian angel of guacamole. We had a wait longer than a siesta on a Sunday afternoon, but did we mind? Not when he appeared with a bowl of homemade guac, like some sort of culinary superhero. I've had everything from burritos to shrimp cocktails, and each dish has left satisfied. The tacos? Divine. The quesadillas? Muy delicioso. The carnitas? Don't even get me started - they're so good. So, my friends, do yourself a favor and give El Mezcalito a chance. You won't regret it. Just remember to bring your appetite and maybe a spare pair of stretchy pants - you're gonna need 'em!

My husband and I have been going to El Cerrito and Juanchos to eat menudo for years. This past weekend we decided to try somewhere new and chose El Mezcalito. The atmosphere was friendly with good music to set the mood. Little did I expect that when the menudo came and I took a bite.. my emotions took over me! This taste took me back home to my when my Dad would make it. The Zacatecan style blew me away with its richness and plenty of meat! The husband, wife and staff really care about the patrons and you feel it. I took 7 people back today with us and they loved the food! So glad we gave it a tr

We found this restaurant that opened up a few months ago in a neighborhood shopping center. If they keep up with the quality of their dishes they're going to be around for a while. We ordered the guacamole appetizer and get this, someone actually comes out with a cart and makes it on the spot! So you can literally customize what you want in the order. Don't like onions no problem they won't add it in. It's a neat bit of extra that adds to the uniqueness of the restaurant. All the dishes we ordered were really tasty and the portions were very generous as well. We definitely had full bellies when we left. Check them out, if you're around the area.

We were in the area so I googled Mexican restaurant and EL MEZCALITO popped up as the best Mexican restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga. No LIE!! It was very authentic with several items on menu that not all Mexican restaurants carry.... Chilaquiles and nopales!! Our waitress Erika was very informative on the menu. I had a margarita on the rocks and it was delicious. My husband tried their michillada and was impressed with the mix that they make themselves. We will definitely go back and try other items. The prices were very reasonable and the restaurant was very clean. Staff was very attentive and it was nice to be greeted by everyone working the front when we walked in.

El Mezcalito is a great restaurant to take the family for "authentic" Mexican food. Honestly the best food in town!! Very clean and Mr. Jorge and his wife and staff work hard to bring you the best service!!!! Prices are very reasonable as well and the bar just opened

The food was wonderful. We had the steak picado and it was so tender. It's absolutely my new favorite. The owners could not be any nicer. They are fabulous people and we are so happy we have found this place! We will definitely be back.
