This location has the best food, the best service and atmosphere. The employees are always so sweet to my elderly parents. They treat them like family and take good care of them when they are here. They go above and beyond always. It’s one of the last places that really provides great customer service. I love all of the cute holiday decorations they put on all the tables. It’s more like a nice restaurant than fast food. Julie is just one of many employees who has taken such good care of my parents. I really appreciate everyone one here. God Bless you all.

I visit this location occasionally, but never in all my visits has customer service been more exceptional than my visit tonight. dylan is an absolute super star. if you look up customer service in the dictionary, you'll see dylans face. he's very well mannered and extremely polite and respectful.

When asked for a cup for some water! A female employee gave me a cup, when pushing it into my hand, like I was a bother to her, no smile, from her after I said thank you, no reply, another customer was there, ask for condiments gave to her with no problem smiling talking, was it the color of my skin....don't deal with the public if you can't treat all the same.....

A Mexican restaurant that doesn’t offers lemon because is very expensive is not Mexican at all. Food is good service is great unless is a kiosk. But I couldn’t enjoy my soup with no lemon 👎🏽. Charge me for it. We know this corporation is as greedy as it gets. I’ll pay for it🙂

Went through the drive thru and placed our order. They didn't put 1 item on the order. Spent 30 mins waiting on 1 taco now the rest of the food we got is cold. If you ever come here make sure you have them repeat your order to you till you can hear it and double check what they say.

I drove 15 minutes from the nearest El Pollo Loco, only to find a $1.25 markup on every item compared to sister locations. While businesses have the right to set their own prices, it’s disheartening when hardworking individuals, who contribute to the success of the business, are charged more. If you have options, consider supporting establishments that value fairness and transparency.

Drive thru doesn’t work. We drive up to menu board and was told they speaker that drive tru not working and that we had to come inside. We left.

They have long lines to serve you. There is a wait to serve you. The parking was okay. The floors are dirty. It was busy here to serve you. The chicken does not have a flavor to it. The chicken tastes plain. It's a good neighborhood. That price is a little high here.🍽🍗

I have been eating at El Pollo Loco for several years. I have their app and I utilize it for discounts on food. They have now discontinued me so I cannot use their app any longer. I have 20,000 points in the bank that I cannot use because they messed up my app. I've called customer service two times and they don't know how to fix the problem. I will not be eating at their restaurants any longer
