Went through the drive thru and placed our order. They didn't put 1 item on the order. Spent 30 mins waiting on 1 taco now the rest of the food we got is cold. If you ever come here make sure you have them repeat your order to you till you can hear it and double check what they say.

I drove 15 minutes from the nearest El Pollo Loco, only to find a $1.25 markup on every item compared to sister locations. While businesses have the right to set their own prices, it’s disheartening when hardworking individuals, who contribute to the success of the business, are charged more. If you have options, consider supporting establishments that value fairness and transparency.

They have long lines to serve you. There is a wait to serve you. The parking was okay. The floors are dirty. It was busy here to serve you. The chicken does not have a flavor to it. The chicken tastes plain. It's a good neighborhood. That price is a little high here.🍽🍗
I have been eating at El Pollo Loco for several years. I have their app and I utilize it for discounts on food. They have now discontinued me so I cannot use their app any longer. I have 20,000 points in the bank that I cannot use because they messed up my app. I've called customer service two times and they don't know how to fix the problem. I will not be eating at their restaurants any longer
Person behind the counter did not want to be there
The portion was very disappointing. We ordered a double chicken salad and a regular chicken salad and there was no difference in the portion. I will not eat at that location again

Worst burrito from a good brand. Ordered chkn queso burrito. It was pre- made. Soggy as heck. No cool, creamy avocado or crisp, cool salsa fresca. So soggy that I could not eat it as a burrito. Good thing I was taking it home. Won't go to that particular one again.
Changing my review to 1 star. Walked in about 8:50 pm., and waited and waited and waited. Everybody seemed to be in a frenzy cleaning. They looked at me several times and kept scrubbing. The lady at the drive thru did eventually look over and tell me somebody would help me. They kept scrubbing, walking right past me to clean the fountain drink machine. I finally gave up and walked out. Turns out they close at 9 pm, but that doesn’t give anyone an excuse to ignore a customer and not take their order because they walk in 10 minutes prior to closing.

I’m sorry to say this, but if you’re not Mexican, the staff is very rude and unprofessional to you. The manager with the braces in her mouth, but it looks like a rat trap is very mean and very unprofessional. I was sitting there enjoying my lunch when a man came in with an access amount of change trying to pay for his food and the manager with the rat trap denied the change. When I offered to pay, she said he was not welcome.

The ladies are very rushed to serve, they go very quickly, but the food is good, but they don't even give lemons and the pieces are very small for the price
