I'm giving this a 4 out of 5 star simply because of the price of their Kids Meal and Chicken Tortilla Soup. It's marked much higher than other El Pollo Loco locations. Good quality but overly priced. I've been to MANY locations and the chicken tortilla soup and kids meal was never priced this high!
This is the cleanest and best location I’ve ever been to in the whole United States , service was excellent quality of food excellent location cleanliness excellent just anoverall perfect experience . Don’t go to Carl’s Jr. and waste your money just don’t do it come here.
Valio verg@! Late night round 8pm I pay for 2 BRC burritos with avocado, and they crushed it at the very bottom of the burrito & 1 didnt have any. Just spread it so I can taste it, not have it at the end all by itself with no other ingredients. Please check the cook from this schedule. Drive through person was not to blame, and my person still ate the burrito missing avacodo (she kind like that). But he stole my money when he didn't put the avocado in 1 of my burritos.
