This El Pollo Loco location consistently disappoints. The food is always served minimally and if you pay for or request extra toppings (such as extra onion, extra cilantro) you will not receive them. The other day their salsa was so rotten smelling/old/fermented that I just threw it away. Lazy and incompetent. I live right next to this location and I keep giving them chances and going out of convenience but literally any other El Pollo Loco within a 10 mile radius is marginally better than this location. This location also opens up later than any other locations in the area.

I asked for fresh tacos because this is not the first time this is happened. They gave me old tacos that have a horrendous smell and I asked for drumsticks well done and they gave me a yellow piece of undercooked chicken.

I left when my feet were sticking to the floor.....
The service was lousy. No one there to serve you. I want service, go somewhere else. They have enough parking place there. The neighborhood is good. The place was clean. It was not busy there at all.🍗🍽🥤
