I am so grateful for this location. The only el pollo loco in the area that knows how to season the chicken. I come to this el pollo loco multiple times a week. The food is always good and so is the service. My one and only complaint is the past 4 times I have come I have not gotten my whole order. It only happens when the young asian girl is working. She's fast and friendly but sometimes she needs to take a moment. (too rushed, orders not being filled properly) besides that this location is doing so amazing.

Ordered two double chicken tostada salads. Every piece of chicken in both salads were completely burnt on one side. Not a little or even a lot! COMPLETELY burnt. The workers did not give a whoot when they chopped it up, saw the burned food and still served it to us. $25 dollars wasted.

I've went to other pollo locos and to be quite frank the food at the other places taste bland and dry, especially at the one in the colonies. No flavor whatsoever, however everytime I go here food is great, service is amazing, and almost no wait lines for drive through. The food actually tastes fresh and I've gone here so many time that I actually downloaded the app to get rewards or what not. Pretty good?
