They were having a special. Arrived and waited in long line at drive thru. Got to the speaker and lady said I could not get the special because it ended at 11. I told her it was 11:01 and I had been waiting in line for 17 minutes. Very curtly told me “nope, can’t do it". Why are they getting a mandatory 25% raise? I understand cut off times but that was ridiculous and rude. Won’t be back there.

I ordered the pancakes combo. I wanted to use my $5 off reward, which expires in a few days, and they said NO. The girl said that they are already discounted the price so I can't. I don't have this issue with the Farmer Boys by my house, just this store in Rancho.

The pastrami was overcooked, tasted dry.I asked for extra mustard and pickles which I never got.Customer service means asking customer if they need chiles, napkins, etc.THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I went the first time approximately nine o'clock in the evening ordered a pastrami. By the time I got home tired and hungry. Just gobbled most, feed the feral cats the rest. Even though it was definitely not good tasting. $14.00 dollars plus tax was way too much money.I called the next day and ultimately decided just to replace the sandwich.Again, I was equally disappointed. I will never , ever by e pistrami at farmer boys.Their quality has significantly decreased in the quality and Taste of the sandwich didn't matter what they did, it never improved.I recommend that you go elsewhere if you want a good tasting pastrami like the HAT.

They forgot half of the order, called to get refund and save the drive, they refused and ask me to drive back to get the refund in person..poor service, and Zero customer service. And find out after I got home they gave me the wrong drink ....
