Should have looked at the ratings first. This place is horrible the food looks unappealing. I asked for my wings to be extra crispy. Not only is it not extra crispy. This looks like they took it out to early and it's not fully cooked. Just horrible. Never again coming back. Look at your food before leaving this place. You may just want return it for your money back. Tried to ask for my money back and they are making me come all the way back to the store 20 minutes away to get the refund. Absolute horrible service. Reviews really speak for themselves.

I asked for lemonade and when the food was ready, he's going to tell me that they don't have any ready and to just get soda. I said no because that's not what the kids are drinking. He said that I'd have to wait until he made some. Ten minutes later and I'm still waiting and no lemonade. So I left because the lemonade wasn't going to get done. Really bad service. Don't plan on going back....paid $70 dollars for food to not get what I ordered is absurd!!!!

The food served was cold. I have been multiple times to this location and this time was severely unacceptably disappointing. It is franchised. The owner was unwilling to remake burgers. I spoke with her and explained food quality was subpar. She offered me a smaller burger due to bites taken from burger. I explained this not the service I expect. She proceeded to call the police to have me removed for wanting refund instead of non equal replacement of item. Due to me never threatening her and no aggression showed they would not come to business location. I attempted to get wrappers for poor quality food I was served. She informed all staff to ignore me. Service like this is a first for me. A franchisee having police on speed dial for low quality food is an example of not understanding a customers expectations. She is the owner and definitely lacks service industry skills. Any other establishment would have offered to replace cold served food. “Do better!”

Not sure why some people rate it so low! This burger is good! Bacon is fresh and not all black and crunchy cause it’s been sitting out for a day like 5 guys! And other than in n out, it’s the best bang for your buck!! It takes a little while but it’s super fresh! Can’t go wrong with this burger. Forget all those overpriced burgers like 5 guys!

I should have not come here. I ordered the large cheeseburger with no pickles or relish and all I got was a smashed hamburger with no cheese,lettuce or tomatoes but it had relish. They were kind enough to offer me a free one next visit if they're still around. What a waste of money. I've had better Fatburger at Pasadena location!
