This place charges $50 for two French dip au jus sandwiches, makes you wait an hour, then doesn’t even give you any au jus.

Pretty solid subs. Good flavor. Decent sizes. Definitely a little pricey but depending on what you get it could be worth it. Staff is usually friendly and not over the top. I would come here a lot more often if they were open a little later. Not too much to say towards a "fast food" style restaurant other than its dependable. I've been here plenty of times over the last 6 or so years and I don't think that I've ever had a bad experience with customer service and/or food quality.

My work ordered catering for 27 people in advanced to be picked up on Saturday at 11:45, we do completely understand running behind and lunch rush but taking over 30 - 40 minutes past the pick up ready time is ridiculous. Staff is very slow, unorganized, and the sandwiches were not good. Orders were incorrect, not well made, and un-flavorful. Will not be doing business here again.
