Gen Korean BBQ House

I can honestly say this place has gone downhill over the years. The cuts of meat were flavorless and mostly gristle. The banchan is not there flavor wise. The price for food does not reflect the quality. The floors were so oily, sticky and wet that multiple people almost fell walking through the isles and down the stairs. The customer service was okay, when we walked through the door we were greeted. We were then seated at a table on the second floor where it was extremely humid and hot. They had two fans going, pointed away from us, but we could feel nothing. Once the food started grilling the heat only got worse. Through out the years I have been to many KBBQ locations, and I can honestly say this has been the worst. I will definitely not be returning.

It was a unique experience for the family and I we sat and ordered our food and cooked it at the table. The staff was very friendly and helpful always checking to see if we needed any help or more food. Fun for a small group lunch or dinner.

The time that my brother and I went, all of the tables had a disgusting Oil residue on them, our tongs were dirty, and the floor was an absolute mess. I had to remind our server four separate times for my sauce, and he never came by with our shrimp. But only that, but there was a drunk woman across from my who kept trying to take her shirt off, and three drunk women who kept bumping into me into the restroom.

Really disappointing experience. We had to order our drinks multiple times before they finally arrived, and the server seemed completely inattentive the whole night. To make things worse, they brought us the wrong meats several times, which ruined the flow of the meal. Overall, it felt like the staff just didn’t care, and the service made it hard to enjoy what should have been a fun dinner. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I wont be going back here because of there scandalous tactics to get money out of people, so if your with other people in your group and only 1 person orders the premium meats for an extra $20, they automaticly charge every person at your table the extra $20 even if they didnt order it or want it pretty shady way of doing business

Great customer service in general. Brian C was very attentive. He brought our meats and drinks very quick. Definitely coming back to this location. I was told the waiting time was going to be 30 minutes and within 10 minutes we got our table.

This is my first time to go there and it’s the worst , I am not really impressed , meat looks old with other items as appetizers , lousy menu and we did not even have vegetables with the food , if you still want to go there find out first the price and what items they will cover otherwise very disappointed by the time you get your final bill , highly not recommended and not happy with the outcome , I warned you guys!

It is a very reliable food spot for KBBQ with hit or miss service. The 2 main things that works well for them is the 1. Brisket sauce that works very well for a lot of the meats that they provide and 2. The banchan is great. Great place for a party to stuff yourself full of meat at an affordable price.

This place is located within a plaza. There are lots of free parking spaces available. Huge restaurant with modern design. Always packed! Expect to wait. Reservations only for 10 or more people. Prices are reasonable. Service can be slow due to understaffing. Lots of meat choices!

when you get in the the barbecue House they give you some rice and some chopsticks the staff is really friendly You get seated and when the food comes, you cook it by yourself. The food was very yummy The brisket sauce is the best sauce to dip your meat in it is a great place if you're lucky enough, you'll get a parking spot under a tree
