Gen Korean BBQ House

Servers are rude and act like they hate their jobs everytime I come it’s hard to order when you receive attitude the whole time.

This was a fun and delicious experience. On the front end it seemed expensive. But, for what we got, it was a good deal. Service was great. Food was great. Get the Korean Fried Chicken and Kimchi fried rice.

Front staff and management need to get it together when people are asking for a wait time they need to be honest. we called and walk in and both times they said it would take 30-40 mins. We were outside for an hour and other people were saying how they lie about the wait time to keep customers. It is cold outside at least have some heaters in the patio area. We left this place after being outside for too long and not coming back!!!

Very disappointing, been going to this restaurant for years. Can't believe they will serve a customer this. (Gen's Rancho Cucamonga)

This was my friend's first time at GEN. We ordered lunch and followed the lunch menu, but the waiter served my friend dinner without asking and asked him to pay $50.99. Shameless restaurant and service. The bill for three people was 168.52. And I had to pay 27 for the consumption. This is a bandit.

Kevin and Evie were amazing. The day after valentines it was so busy but they were literally the fastest servers we’ve ever had. Best customer service ever!

I recently when to this Gen restaurant and when I received my bank statement I noticed they charge an extra $100 to my bill I end it up paying $330 and I’m being honest they didn’t give my table the proper order we had missed items and my family felt completely ignored by the employees

I have never had such bad BBQ! There is no dipping sauce at all. The salad I ordered is green pepper and zucchini cut into large pieces and placed on the door. The Korean tofu soup is fried in tomato sauce. The chili noodles scattered on top are almost the same as washing the pot with water. The serving speed is extremely slow.

First time eating at this place with my wife, and first impression wasn't so great. There were staff lingering around the front hotess area with no other guest around, they looked right at us with zero acknowledgement. I HAD TO ASK IF THEY WORKED THERE TO GET A RESPONSE. Then! Someone who look like a manager asked if we had been help, of course we said no!.

We were seated and a waitress came, we told her it was our first time there and she responded like anyone would, by saying "welcome to Genz, we asked how did everything work she explained one price all you can eat. But what i found very disappointed was? We were there early before 12 and we were told that they were only serving dinner prices????, maybe it's was because they were very slow, who knows, didn't like that idea of serving dinner prices during lunch!?? Pretty petty in my book.
We had ordered our desired meats, but we didn't get any veggies like the pickled sides and so forth. I asked if we were getting them and they looked shocked and the manager guy said yes, and we got them half way thru our meal.

For the Dinner price of the food during lunch hour and the unconscious waitering this was not worth my time or money.

This place has a lot! to learn about HOSPITALITY IN THE FOOD SERVICE BUSINESS! I WILL NOT RETURN

I ate here last night and a man was absolutely/ obnoxiously rude to a younger waitress and no one stepped in?? You would think a manager would defend their team or something! It made everyone really tense. Wish they would have kicked the dude out.

The food was good, but the service was by far their best component. Our waitress was very attentive and super helpful with everything. It's definitely a worthy spot to grab a drink and eat with friends.
