We came here for dinner to enjoy a birthday dinner. 1. We waited over an hour for 2 grills and they weren’t able to to give us 2 even after the wait.2. LUCKILY my husband was diligent in checking his food because there was a sliver of metal on his steak.3. There was a gnat in one of our sauces4. The waiters took forever to even bring our meats to the table (we were a party of 6 waiting 15 minutes for one round of food.5.We didn’t even get half of our drinks until more than halfway done with our meal.6. One of the waiters dropped a sauce at our table and didn’t even apologize just had an attitude the entire time he served us.Overall it was not a good experience with the staff.We won’t be coming to this location again.

My husband and I came on a Date night and had the best experience. We sat at the bar for the first time and we did not expect to have great service.The server behind the bar was Elias and he had excellent service. There was another guy named Dae working behind the bar and he would walk by asking if we needed anything. We asked to speak with the manager who is named Marvin and he appreciated the compliment we shared regarding his staff.Overall, the food and service was excellent and highly recommended.I truly hope they get the recognition they deserve.

This place is a rip off scam they don't tell you the truth and lied about the price and you cook the food your self ..they lied about the price and scamed me and my family out of 110 dollars they lied and considering I did not eat and only had one drink it cost me 110 dollars they did not care at all and they said I had to pay the bill 110

The atmosphere was young, and the meat was very good for an all you can eat type of meat. Maybe it was the manager's mistake, but since we ate $50 per person, the drinks were free... haha.

It was okay. Living in Korea for a while, I was expecting more. Definitely under staffed for lunch time. Our server was overworked and did the best he could, which I appreciated. One thing when we went for lunch which had a different price compared to dinner. We had to pay for dinner prices.

Food came out fast & fresh. Took my almost 2yr old and wasn't charged for her meal. Drinks were good and included with their new Premium menu. I had the grapefruit soju Capri and pear soju seltzer. Aside from the dining, for the size of the place they should have bigger restrooms. Only had two stalls, and one ran out of toilet paper. Everything else was acceptable. Sait was not long. Received a text when our table was ready while waiting in the car. I will recommend and return ?Kid-friendliness: Had highchair and booster seats

Took 45 minutes to get our meat to only get two little plates with almost no meat for a party of 6. The table we were sitting on had no light and could barely see if my meat was cooked. Had to pull my cell phone flash light to be able to see.I complained to a supervisor who for the most part was just looking at me like nothing out of the norm was going on.Unfortunately the reason I keep going back it’s because is the closest to my house. I think after today though, I will either have to driver to the GEN in Chino Hills (the service there is great) or drive to Red Castle in Rialto.

This place was quite disappointing. The grill we were assigned to turned off multiple times so when we had our order of raw meats come in, we couldn’t put it on the grill and had to wait. After that, we finally started grilling and what do you know, it turned off at some point and the raw meat was just sitting on a slightly warm grill. We asked for extra sauce and sides and never received it. We received the wrong order and it took us a while to flag someone down and give us the correct order. Our waiter had come back to take another round of orders by the time we finally received the correct order from the previous round. By the time we finished cooking the corrected order our moods and appetite were ruined. After bringing all this to the attention of the manager, we got a few sorrys and a “I’m going to just keep apologizing until my face falls off.” He offered zero solutions. We had to tell him multiple times how unhappy we were and we got back all sorts of excuses like “well if I was here your experience would have definitely been different. I was put to work all the way down there while you guys are over here.” After all of that, we had to ask to get a DISCOUNTED bill. We originally did not want to pay but he said, “Well we have to pay for something.”The whole situation could have been handled better, and professionally too.

Excellent service. I had every intention to pay full price but I don't eat meat and when they found that out, they didn't charge me for any of the veggies. It was all so delicious and I left utterly stuffed!Vegetarian options: The veggies kept on coming for me while my partner ate the meat stuff.
