went to go visit after seeing this place on tik tok. my mom got manhandled by a security, long haired white dude grabbed my mom & used excessive force.
security here gots a hard-on for authority, super weird considering when drunk dudes start yelling & causing problems NONE of them do anything because they are regulars or friends with the guards, as stated.
but can manhandle a 49 year old lady, who now is going to urgent care.
in all the bars iâve been to, iâve never seen security do less of their job & be excessive at the same time. where was that same energy when i was surrounded by 3 different dudes yelling at me & starting problems?
normally during last calls, places let you finish your drink & leave. apparently stated by one of the regulars, security here is allowed to snatch drinks out your hands, take them after you buy them, get into your face & start cussing you out, which is exactly what happened.
i hate writing reviews at bars bc some things can be taken out of context or might be subjective, but from multiple bystanders who seen the situation unfold, i was told that this was uncalled for.

When I first moved to Rancho two years ago, I was searching for the next bar I was going to be a regular atâŠtried em all, GOODFELLAS is by far the best.(HANDS DOWN)âŠThe atmosphere is electric, ALL the staff are super cool and I like the fact that security is tight because I donât have to worry about something crazy happening. Just amazing drinks, friendly patrons, and music you can move to! Pool tables, darts, patio, food vendorsâŠwhat else can you ask for? Maybe a pinball machine.. : )

The bartender working 10/08/24 night went on TikTok live and called a customer (young female) âraggedyâ because she paid in all ones⊠the worse part was other elder women on her live. Started chanting âraggedyâ. The bartender then shared âchat , remember when I called that girl raggedy on her birthdayâ and continued to laugh⊠poor girl probably doesnât even know she was being filmed

Goodfellas Staff, DJ, and the beautiful fellow patrons helped make my birthday even more special and created a memory I will forever cherish. The security staff were welcoming and friendly, the bartenders were top notch, and even at their busiest time, they never stopped smiling or engaging with the patrons. The bar area was so clean and organized. (That wins then double 5 stars). The staff kept the tables clean, they were right there to pick up glasses and make sure it was tidy. The DJ kniws how to read the room??he had us dancing the night away!! The crowd was amazing, very diverse and everyone was friendly and gave nothing but chill vibes. I will definitely recommend and encourage people to go
The rent-a-cop they hired to âkeep peaceâ was the reason for the 1 star. We took an Uber to the bar and he was giving us a hard time before we even stepped into the bar! After that he proceeded to shine his âbig flash lightâ into our friendâs car that met us there and was gleaning for a reason to act like they were drinking in their car because they took an extra 10 seconds to get out of their car. He definitely was âsmallâ and got perturbed at the fact that I made a comment about him giving us a hard time before we even got into the establishment. Needless to say we ordered one drink and departed from this âwell guardedâ bank before we gave them more of our money due to this. Why would he feel the need to come up to us if we clearly took an Uber to the establishment and act like we were âsuspiciousâ. Either way the âownerâ is going to try and defend my comment as he doesnât already know that he has such disrespectful âsecurityâ outside trolling for a âcrimeâ. Save your money because clearly this bar doesnât want you there.
