Food was awesome. Phoenix was an awesome server and took good care of us. We will definitely Italy come back.

We picked the Meal for 4 people and it was too much food. Two giant salads, two ramen noodles (too salty for me), the meats were really good!

Today is a beautiful day, but this place ruined my day! The server never come ask me if I want to add more food, but the table right next to us, she asked them multiple times, do you want to fill your drinks do you want to add more items? But never come and ask us. Since no one stop by and serve us, so my husband had to wave his hand up high to get someone's attention so someone can help us out. And guess what, they still ignored my husband and just walked pass by treat us like a nobody like we weren’t there. I was so piss off! Never change the grill for us and never stop by to check if we need anything. I will give them a negative star if I could. I will never come back to this place again!!! Such as a bad place bad service ruined my day and mood!

Amazing food & service as always! Nadine was truly the sweetest and was on top of all of our orders. Everything came out so fast & we hope to get her again as our server ☺

This place never dissapoints.. Been coming here for birthday and anniversary celebrations and always great service and great food.

Food looks nothing like the menu, dirty dishes, greasy dishes, table felts it has never been cleaned arms sticking to the old food grease, floors dirty greasy you can clearly a black line along the walls restroom smells of pee no paper towels to dry hands, worst of all a dirty beer glass! This is a place not to go if you’re willing to spend over $150 bucks for two people. I would not recommend it to anyone i know or cared about.

This place has gone quite a bit downhill unfortunately. I'm not sure how our bill came out to $110 for 3 people before tip and all we ordered was meat, as well as a little rice and veggies. We didn't even order any extras like dessert or drinks. Our table was next to a bunch of high school kids who acted like they've never had alcohol before

Probably should've kept a better eye on my receipt. Might go back to test if it really has gotten that bad or I'm imagining things but either way, we would've been going off somewhere else that would charge almost half that much. Used to be a good value here. The happy hour prices do seem a bit scammy, all the meat plates were close to 10 bucks each

Waited 1 hour only to be told fryer not working once I sat down. Should have been informed before I waited 1 hour. I asked if they can at least honor the lunch special under the circumstances since we were sat down 2 minutes before 4. They said No we stop it at 3:50! I love this place but o think I was asking for something reasonable considering I was not going to get full service. I’ll change my review once I feel it’s remedied

I just went in there for lunch. The place was empty. I was told to go on a waiting list and wait for 15 to 25 minutes. Really?! On a Thursday afternoon at 1?! Or I could sit at the bar but would not be able to order meat items. That's like a vegetarian going into this place. What's the point of that? Do not go here since the staff can't get their act together.

Great experience. Quality food and excellent service. I wish they had a location in Phoenix/Scottsdale.

There was no marinade for the meats, so we left. Maybe there should be a sign at the hosted desk

The food was amazing. We had trouble with our grill getting hot but they came by and was able to fix it.

Service was average. Server seemed to lack energy and interest with servicing us. Compared to other similar Asian BBQ, food portions were small and sliced very thin. Although the food selection were tasty, food value perception was low.
