It was a busy day when we arrived, but Jordan still gave us the exceptional service we hoped for. We never had to look for her—she constantly checked on us despite how hectic the restaurant was. Job well done, Jordan!

This place is great for families. We enjoy the different meats and also love the garlic rice. We are regulars at this place and some of the staff already know who we are. 😁 The manager is also very helpful. Only thing I recommend is to make reservations ahead of time so you don't wait too long.

Portions were small, was expecting an actual steak but chopped up cubes of meat. Corn cheese is terrible, they just use Velveeta cheese. Soups were good, garlic rice delicious. We did premium menu ($60 per person). Had reservations but did not start eating until 45 minutes after our reservation time. I prefer U-Grill as it is not as pricey and bigger portions with no time limit. 90 minute time limit here. I might be willing to give them another try. Oh fried bacon was also good and different sauces to try made it interesting

I always come here every month it's my husband and I favorite place to go. However, this time around it wasn't the greatest. Maybe it was just because of the day, but our waiter was hardly around, the food was measured so we did not get a lot of food like we usually do. They were out of a lot of stuff, which is why they were probably measuring things. The dishes were behind so we had to wait for plates and tongs. The meat was not well seasoned, over all very subpar. I have been here on busier days and it wasn't this bad. We will probably just stop coming on sundays.

The meat portions we're cut into such small pieces they stuck to grill & we're overcooked before we could even try to flip Which we ordered multiple options & finally had to tell the waiter! Which was disappointing as we were there to celebrate a birthday!

We ordered the Gyu-Combo 3 with one entree x2 and extra large rice for takeout. I had to wait around 15 minutes after arriving at the time they provided. However, the servers were nice and not rude. The food was not enough for me and my 7 year old. I wonder if the normal (without the extra) would be enough for even one person. Also, the beef was very chewy, and my daughter was unable to swallow after chewing it for a while. The pork and chicken entrees were good. The Garlic Shoyu Chicken Noodles tasted good, but hardly there were 6-7 pieces of small chicken, and the noodle was not enough for 1 person. Additionally, they forgot to provide the 6 packets of sauces that were requested in the order. Overall, the experience was average at best.

So far the worst experience ever, wanted to eat some Japanese food and couldn’t even enjoy it, poor customer service and the way they take food orders is not organized at all. In 20 minutes I ordered two drinks and only came 1 and still got charged for the missing drink in the end anyways.

We got trapped by other customers due to the fact that we had to sit down in a corner, to be specific. The wall looked like it had mold or damages and we even had a piece of something falling on us. Floor was sticky and wet as well.

We went to pay at the bar and noticed that they do not clean the floor at all, it has spills everywhere, and there were bits of rotten food as well all over the ground. if they cannot clean or take care of the building I can’t imagine how they clean the kitchen.

This place is far from being 4.4 stars. It is a rip off and not at all Japanese cultured. What type of safety/organizational protocols do they manage if waiters couldn’t even get to us from the corner we were sitting at?! And there was even a mold sort of stench. That’s not very safe for the customers.

I was trying to have a great date night with my girl and ended up being totally disappointed in the end so we just paid for the single drink and appetizer, and ate somewhere else.

And one more thing.. why were there THREE people at the front desk sitting customers down. One person was working and the others were just chatting.

Disappointed. Made a reservation and arrive on time at 8pm. Told that AYCE is pass-time while last seating is at 8:30pm. Won’t come again

There is no all you can eat here. Don’t be fooled. The official website said the last seating is at 8:30. The waiter who sat us down at 8 o’clock said there is no all you can eat at this time. If you want to have all you can eat, go elsewhere.

Staff's poor method of seating customers and accepting new ones, regardless of timing led to a further delays to our party's waiting time. We had been waiting for an hr and a half already, and even then our party was still on the waiting list, we still had about an hr and 30 minute. We decided to leave. We have been regular customers at this establishment, and never have we ever in the past 9+ years of coming here seen such poor customer service and organization. There has to be a better way to run their establishment without significant delays. I don't think we're coming here ever again.

I've been to other Gyu Kaku locations and it's been fine. But going on Thanksgiving was a disaster. We ordered a holiday meal for 4 that comes with 8 meats and the sides like rice and salad and a terrible garlic edamame. After our salad and soup they brought us 3 meats. Then didn't come back. When we asked where the rest of the food was, the server said you didn't get that package. We were still hungry but then he was like here's the check and s'mores. They charged us those full meals for 4 and we were like hey, we didn't even get half the food. It wasn't super busy since it was Thanksgiving but he just stared at us. Then a manager came and just charged us for 2 and gave the rest of the raw meat for 2. We had such a Thanksgiving fail. My elderly dad almost fought the waiter. We all left hangry.
