Went to visit the Brewery with my family. Great atmosphere and friendly customer service. What topped it off was the bbq from Leroy's. I don't know what was about it, but it made me want more. Found myself trying my family's plates. Which of course you got to have a Hamilton beer with kick a$$ bbq.
Thank you Hamilton Family! I think I found my hotspot for bbq and beer.

This brewery use to be a good spot with good prices and a fun atmosphere but recently there prices have just gotten bad and the customer service is not the business at all while being there I felt as if I wasn’t welcomed me and my friends got cut off just after 2 beers while others around us were having way more then that as a previous customer stated in there review they racially profile you and if you don’t meet a certain criteria to their eye well then that’s it for you I we feel very unwelcome here now and we have been coming since about the time they opened we will no longer come to this racial discriminating establishment and will take our money to another brewery

I used to come to Hamilton's all the time and was a big supporter, especially because it's a small local business. However, over the years, each time I’ve visited, I've found myself with more reasons to come here less and less. Unfortunately, this last visit was my final straw.
My friends were cut off after just two beers for what seemed like no reason at all. After that, we were heavily supervised, which made us extremely uncomfortable. A worker, who I believe to be a manager, even went as far as to follow us outside and stared us down, which is something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. The way this worker handled the situation seriously escalated things instead of calming them down. From reading other reviews, it seems we’re not the only ones this has happened to, which is disappointing for a place that was once a favorite.

**Disappointing Experience at Hamilton's Brewery**

We visited Hamilton's Brewery after a fun afternoon at Topgolf, inviting a couple of friends to join us. At first, everything seemed great. We were sitting inside, enjoying our food, drinks, and conversation. However, things took a strange turn when one of our friends was cut off after trying to order a third beer. We were confused because no one in our group was drunk, rude, or disorderly.

To avoid causing any issues, we decided to move outside so we could finish our drinks in peace. To our surprise, an employee followed us outside and was obviously watching us, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. We've never experienced that anywhere else, and it felt unprofessional and poorly handled. This escalation was unnecessary, and it contributed to one of our friends getting kicked out after an exchange of words. The manager claimed we were showing signs of over-intoxication, citing loudness and cussing, but none of us were drunk—we were just having a good time as we normally would at a brewery.

This used to be our favorite local brewery and we used to always enjoy coming here with friends. Unfortunately, after this experience and how poorly the staff handled the situation, we’re left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. Sadly, it’s the last straw for us with Hamilton’s, and we won’t be returning.

Came here from Texas to visit my friends and family and got treated like scum. I appreciate the hospitality you have shown us. It’s truly a shame to have people hype this place up and be let down due to your managers attitude towards its customers.

My friends and I barely arrived and were having a good time. Cracking jokes, catching up and what have you. Of course, we were all excited to be reunited and were loud and cheerful.

Your manager either racially profiled us or had something personal against us for laughing and having a good time. It’s not our fault that you’re miserable or were having a bad day. It was completely unprofessional to harass us and sick your security guard on us like we were criminals. We’re paying customers and we’re abiding by the rules. If you have an issue with us being a bit too loud then that is fine, address us, and we will gladly tone it down a bit.

The way you came up to us was completely unprofessional and obviously you need to learn how to talk to people and express any concerns with your customers like civilized adults. It’s a shame you turned a joyous memory into embarrassing moment for us and yourself. Be better.

I've tried to give this place another chance after another chance but between their rude staff that tends be
quick to cut off anyone that isn't in their friend group for having an enjoyable time on their over priced beer, in their usually overpacked establishment. It's not worth coming to drink at this brewery anymore. Try the other 3 in the area.

One of the best breweries in Rancho Cucamonga. Their beers are always on point and they had a watermelon blonde that tasted like you were eating watermelon. We brought our friends from OC over and they loved it. It can get crowded sometimes but that’s what happens when you’re doing something right.

Customer service is terrible to say the least! They racially profile customers and will not serve them after a beer or two. They will not allow you to finish the beer they already sold you if they feel like profiling you. Meanwhile, they will let other customers purchase and drink all they want as long ad they fit a certain look. Once you become a target they will watch you like a hawk and make your party feel uncomfortable until you decide to leave. The manager is rude and literally called me a liar to my face. I regret having come here to waste my time and given them any business at all! Too bad Google doesn't allow you to give 0 stars on a review. There are several reviews stating the same problem so I now know we aren't the only customers that have dealt with this unfortunate situation from this horrible establishment.
