I recently visited Kawaii Klaws Rancho Cucamonga, CA on 4/12/24 between 9-930 PM PST for the first time, expecting a pleasant experience as it is a popular local venue. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite winning a PlayStation 5 controller, as evidenced by the attached photos and video, the staff at the front desk, including a woman who interacted with me, declined to honor the prize. Instead of addressing my inquiries respectfully, she dismissively threw five coins at me.I attempted to obtain contact information for the manager to discuss this incident further, but my request was denied, despite the manager's name, Racquel, being listed on the company website. Additionally, I noted that none of the attendants were wearing identification badges, though the website claims to list all employees.As a hard-working American citizen, I believe that no one should be subjected to such disrespect or deceptive practices. The treatment I received was disheartening and unacceptable. Given these circumstances, I strongly recommend reevaluating the operational practices of this venue. It is imperative that businesses promote a genuine atmosphere of enjoyment, free from deceit and discourtesy.*hoping management of the business will be more effective and notice this*

Oh my GOODNESS!!This little place has the best sandwich ever made!!!It’s as good, if you went to Italy!!I’ve been to Italy.They’re very similar, but this guy puts on more meat than the Italian would.. obviously us Americans love food!!He puts a lot of more heart into his food!TrustMe u can tell by the 1st bite!!!The texture is just so creamy. But not soggy.Their sauces are delicious.I highly recommend this place I drove an hour and a half was two hours just to try his sandwiches. It was so worth it.The big and fluffy the bread is so phenomenalAll his sauces are in house nothing store-bought along with other things.The meatball sandwich was so tender, and juicy was nicely slightly toastedThe sandwich that I had was so full of flavors. The cheese just melted and popped in my mouth. It was a OMG! MeatNice and tender and a good amount of it!! The chips where awesome my madeIn home!! Tasteful. Aioli and p corn sauceWas excellent!! Great atmosphere.I can’t believe this place has expanded hopefully itCustomer Service was awesomeThe young lady was able to answer all questions and recommending whatever was on the menu .If you want a taste of Italy, and it’s delicacy, with a lot of love put into it. Then continue to speak with some kids they were sitting at the table.So then I said, excuse me, can I try this? And he said I can’t let you try it because it’ll cost me money to give you a sample. And it’s bad for our business. Now where in the heck have you ever heard of that!!! no wonder why the place was empty. With that attitude and that Service I wouldn’t stay here either.All the stars are for Nonna’s and the burger I am .If I could review the native bar, I wouldn’t give them not even one star !!As far as for the restrooms, they really need a lot of help. Most of them were clogged.

Fun place to chill with family and friends, there are so much selection, and I lowkey have decision fatigue, so really, go for what you're craving for, so you lessen the confusion when choosing. They have so many types of cuisine, even desserts, and craft beers. I can spend the whole day chilling with loved ones there, I believe they have live music from time to time.

Went here for a food event, they let us go around and taste a lot of the food at the restaurants. It’s cool that Haven market does these type of events for foodies. It’s good to advertise their restaurants and let people know that they are for the community. This place is always packed on the weekends and they have added on a arcade. During the summer, they have events out in the courtyard and that is my favorite place to eat. They have small concerts and flea markets also. Great family atmosphere. So many places to eat, I like the Asian cuisine.Parking: When it is packed, it is hard to find good parking.
