Customer service and atmosphere were both 10/10, and the mimosas were great. Unfortunately, the food didn’t measure up. The chilaquiles were mushy and not crispy at all, with very little queso fresco, and the barbacoa beef was just a large, flavorless chunk of meat. The Barbie Bennie had the same problem with the barbacoa, and the hollandaise sauce didn’t help. The chicken and waffles were decent, but the so-called coleslaw wasn’t coleslaw at all — it was more like a plain salad with a thick, pasty dressing thrown on top. The French toast was the one dish that truly delivered and saved the meal. Overall, amazing service and drinks, but the food needs serious improvement. Maybe I will come back and try something different both dishes the Bennie Barbie and Chilaquiles had the same flavorless barbacoa beef meat.

Today was our 1st time in Haven Haus, we were very pleased. The restaurant was clean, orderly and well lit. The music wasn't too loud and i loved that the tv was showing Bob Ross. The wait staff was friendly and up beat. My wife had a coconut coffee and I had a mint coffee (both super good). We split a chili verde omlet and a banana nutella crepe (again, both great.) The service was prompt and when they delayed on getting our 2nd coffees, they didn't charge us. We will be back for sure.

Had a great b-day brunch! first time here and the service was good :)
Only minor issue is that some of the plates were dirty.

We love coming here for brunch on the weekends. It's usually very busy so sometimes your service isn't exactly quick. But everyone working there is nice and they do the best they can. Never been disappointed in the quality of food (was only dissapointed when they ran out of a new thing I wanted to try once! So it must've been good!)

Nice place with great customer service however the chicken and waffles plate was absolutely horrible. The chicken is a flat breast that came out burnt, dry, flavorless and black placed on top of a cold waffle with the worst coleslaw; just yuk. Allot of other dishes looked better. I am debating on trying this spot again because maybe I came at a bad time, maybe. Geesh just a bad experience for me.

Excellent service. I had the huevos rancheros exactly like my mom used to. I'm not going to lie i got a little emotional. My wife had the chilaquilez rojos she loved it. My son had the burger and gave it 8/10 crispy fries 10/10. Will definitely be back.

No nice for her to a least ask. Food is good no lie.

Haven Haus Cafe is such a cute little spot. It's very elegant like. It's definitely one of my favorite spots now. We ordered chilaquiles plate, 1 red, 1 green. Belgian waffles with scrambled eggs and bacon. Waffles had fresh strawberries and whipped cream. 1 kid plate with pancakes and scrambled eggs. The food was definitely 10/10! Their Spanish Latte (I think that's the name of it) it was amazing! It's a small, cute little spot. Perfect for a girls' day brunch or to bring the family. Kid friendly for sure! I wouldn't recommend taking any strollers since it is a bit tight in there. We definitely plan on going back to try their mimosa bar. They look refreshing and delicious! Staff was super friendly and constantly making sure we weren't in need of anything else. Prices are reasonable. Not over priced at all!

Haven Haus was amazing I had a bagel sandwich and a Spanish latte and it was pretty good. I grabbed it to go but I am hoping next time I can actually sit and have a mimosa. Such a cute spot I will definitely be back.

Went here for brunch with family/friends, and the place is super cute. I ordered the ribeye and eggs, and the meat that came out was definitely not a ribeye cut. The “steak” and hash browns were not NOT seasoned at all and even salt/pepper couldn’t save it. Other people at our table ordered the French toast with strawberries, chicken biscuit sliders and chicken n waffles, and those were pretty good! Not sure if I got unlucky or something but I had to return my plate unfortunately.

This location has to be hands down my favorite place in all of Fontana. I always bring friends here when they come and visit. They offer a large selection of options for food that satisfies any dietary restrictions and they provide large portions. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and will keep bringing people to this place so they can enjoy this delicious food.

Food was great. We did experience a very loud and obnoxious guy who came in drunk and started disturbing everyone but he was asked to leave. I wasnt a big fan of the manager shaking his hand after the guy had insulted one of the servers but she personally came to my table and checked on us and apologized on his behalf. I will be coming back though.
