Food was good. Service was horrible. Coffee was bought out but with no utensils or sugar for the coffee. Ended up getting what I needed from an adjacent table. Food was brought out but wifes' order was wrong and the server was nowhere to be found; had to go up front to have them remake the food and it still came out wrong. I did not eat my food as I waited for my wife's food to come out. Food got cold. Refills for water and coffee were never offered. I hated paying for what we got. Won't be going back.

Super cute place but service was horrible. Waitress disappeared. We didnt have utensils, or any condiments. We asked a few times and no one knew where she was. Food was completely different then what was listed on the menu. When we adked they said theyd made changes and didnt update the menu. They offered to remake our food but it took another 30 min and it still came out wrong. They also never refilled our coffee. We asked multiple times. It was on the pricer side. Don't bother with this place. You'll be disappointed.

Called prior for a work party, they accommodated us and it was an awesome time! Food, service and environment was great!
I had a delightful experience at this breakfast spot – the cleanliness was impeccable, and the food exceeded my expectations. Our server was friendly and attentive. My only suggestion would be to introduce a variety of espresso latte drinks to complement the already impressive menu. While the cold brew coffee flights were decent, having them available hot would be a fantastic addition. Looking forward to my next visit!

Was working in the shopping center smelling the food all morning, so I decided to go down and try it out. Got the big breakfast burrito with bacon, sausage, and ham. Was well worth the trip down there. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend stopping in and trying them out . They may just become your next goto spot for breakfast.

First the good news. The best coffee I have had in years at any restaurant. Now unfortunately the rest isn’t. Going to these type of fufu restaurants you expect to pay more and be served a higher quality of food and ingredients. Yet they served us powdered eggs when ordering scrambled eggs. To top it off, when I asked our server Amber, you could tell I wasn’t the first one to ask this question. Amber admitted that they do use powdered eggs. And then proceeded to admonish us for not asking first. And also tried to defend them by saying that it’s common for all restaurants to use powdered eggs. Naming places she had worked at, like Dennys and Lazy Dog. Which goes against my experience. And unless there is some sort of note in the menu or we are told, how would we know to ask if they use powdered eggs. That’s not the expectation when going to a restaurant positioning themselves as an upscale cafe. And then charge me $5 dollars, for powdered eggs and 2 slices of bacon! This is deceitful business practice. I know there are other dishes they include scrambled eggs. So you are paying for powdered eggs there too. Not coming back, not recommending this place to anyone

The food was excellent. I am so glad I finally made it to Haven Haus Cafe. The food and the service was amazing. Service was very welcoming and attention to us was just right. We came on a Friday and it wasn't as busy as it gets on the weekend. The ambiance is cute and now. Smaller in size but they make sure to get you served in an appropriate amount of time. We will definitely be back soon.

And if you're craving chicken tenderness and home cooking that you miss, there's no key to unlock their door, at the house! At their house! But let me start off with their coffee holiday flight first. You get four super decked out drinks all festive and whatnot and if you are one that enjoys coffee drinks from the brothers Dutch and the twin tailed siren you'll definitely enjoy this flight. To accompany my drinks I ordered the burrito breakfast style and the avocado toast. The toast was decent but that burrito tasted like a real homemade burrito someone's grandmother made but too bad it wasn't picturesque because if you know me then you know why I didn't snap the pic. The service and ambience is what made this experience well worth another visit. Great service all around, on and off the phone and stepping in and out. It's like a party up in here on Saturday mornings and it's definitely the place to be in the IE. And that's my take, Peace...
