Cute place. However, my mango tea was not made well. The first sip all I tasted was the syrup. Mixed it. Second sip same thing. Finally after the syrup finally blended with the black tea it had an awkward taste. Had to trash it. Wasted $4.50.Cute cup.
Great place to get delicious Rosewater Iced Tea and other delicious drinks. All of their desserts are Adorable and kids and adults love them as gifts! ?
I don't know where this is or why Google is asking me to rate it. 5 stars
I'm not too fond of a cafe to have one distinct color span within its establishment. However, I do have to give credit for the Hello Kitty Cafe for its unique spin on cafe culture. By implementing a new ambience to the cities of Southern California, there is an incentive to do more for each county in terms of restaurant and hospitality.
Delicious drinks and baked goods and the staff is always friendly!
Great service every time! The desserts are pricey but cute and delicious! Drinks are comparable to Starbucks. Great little stand! Everything has a Hello Kitty design and you can also buy some Hello Kitty products like mugs, etc. The only problem is that they don't have dedicated tables and the ones nearby are sometimes screwed to the ground too far from the table.
I appreciate it being here. Service was serviceable
Very rude service. I was here Sunday evening at 6 pm, an hour before they close. I live 7 hours away and I was really excited to try their drinks, as i've heard great things about them. I go up to the counter, and while I'm talking to my mom and pointing at the menu, the cashier interrupts and says 'Uh just so you know we're not doing drinks anymore but we're selling pastries.' I buy a cookie and leave. Later, I buy a water cup and the cashier has no concept of customer service, not saying a thank you or anything. My suggestion: don't hire rude, lazy teenagers to run your stand. Don't waste your time or money. Disappointed.
I first tried the Raspberry Donut Macaron at the Rancho Cucamonga location and it was great, so I decided to order it again at the Irvine location. When I first bit into it, it was HARD. I had to take the top part off and just ate the bottom half. Of course I was upset as I had waited so long in line to get it, when there were only 2 people ahead of me. I'd like to have a fresh dessert that I can eat ALL of instead of just half for 10 bucks.
Cute exterior, yummu treats. Aside from the time the orders take, it's a good area to stop by.
Restaurantji Recommends
I literally just went right now and it's a huge let down the strawberry cake was literally a thick layer of frosting the actually cake part was dry and the strawberries inside where grey. The passion fruit tea was disgusting and tasted like medicine honestly though super cute save your money. I went to Victoria gardens just for the cafe and it was such a let down.
Everything here is very fresh and delicious! The ice tea to the cake so good and not too sweet.⛾😻
All the food is adorable and delicious. We tried 2 of the summer seasonal items, the Strawberry tart and the strawberry dream smoothie that tastes just like strawberry Pocky, and one regular item, the rose water iced tea. I recommend having the tea on it's own, without any sweets because all you can taste is bitter tea. Great on it's own though! Great place for a cute, quick, sweet snack. Will definitely be going again.
I loved the Hello Kitty Cakes very fresh and Delicious and the staff was really nice.
Very good. I enjoyed the kiddish theme and the sweets. Very good
