The person working the register needs to work on her customer service and personality she probably should find a different trade ?

The food was really good, but the gal working behind the counter seemed to be annoyed when I asked her a question. The same to sit is awkward with a bar around the wall with the windows and a table right by the soda machine where I had to stand way to close to a table of dinners. They have outside sitting which would have been great if it wasn't cold that day, they had heater but they weren't on and I wasn't going to ask the annoyed gal behind the counter.

Not exaggerating when I say this, but this spicy chipotle chicken sandwich might be the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my life! The service was top notch, the food was even better. I originally chose this spot to try one of their top-rated burgers, but was unable to look past the chicken sandwich. I am not regretful at all. OMG YUM! However, that just means that I will need to go back for the initial intention and try the jalapeno burger.

Let's talk about it!! First things first...the ranch. Go to the nearest trash can and throw it all away....YUCK!!! That is the worst ranch ever! It's actually disrespectful to the burger and fries! After reviewing some of the other comments we are all giving the ranch a thumbs down. Next , the fries!!! The fries are actually delicious and very much remind me of wing stop fries BUT i would suggest a tad bit more seasoning. Again they are good but a little extra seasoning won't hurt! Now the burger....WHOA!! Burger is bomb!!!! My kids and hubs devour their burgers. I get the crispy chicken sandwich and it's good. Please note that the chicken is not a filet they are chicken strips! No complaint just informing. Now today we visited and guess what...they have NO NAPKINS!!! If you notice in my picture I am using a napkin from boiling crab....because they HAD napkins!!! When you eat with kids you MUST have napkins so myself and a few other customers were very surprised to learn that "they ran out" especially with a Walgreens in walking distance! ‍ These burgers aren't cheap and having no napkins is just unheard of. An employee should have walked over to Walgreens and purchased a cheap pack, I mean come on!!!!

Had the sirloin steak salad. The portion is a decent size. I would have liked my bowl to be a bit bigger, but I am full. The salad tasted good. As a special treat I had the Crème Brûlée for dessert and OMG that was the bomb. According to the cashier the place has been in business for approximately three years. The place is small inside, but the patio has plenty of seating available. The place sells an assortment of domestic and premium Beer. Overall, I liked the place and will most likely return for the Crème Brûlée dessert and to try out their other dishes.

Wow. A new little restaurant. Burgers, salads, and sandwiches. Hubby ordered the Hill's burger and honey fries. I had a spicy chicken chipotle sandwich with the chipotle on the side & truffle fries. I took half of my sandwich & fries home. Popped em in the toaster folr breakfast the next morning, and all was was still yummy. Yup, believe all the reviews. Bacon has an amazing taste on the sanwich and burger. This is our new favorite place. Food is cooked to order. Meat is tender and juicy. We went on a cold, wet Wednesday night. They were doing a good amount of busines. Only 2 tables for 4 people each, then a small bar top with seats for about 7 more line the side wall. A few tables outside, too.Ample parking.

Food 4/5Probably one of the better burgers I've had in Rancho. I had the signature Hills Burger. It has gorgonzola and bacon. I was a little skeptical, as it's been a while since Ive had a gourmet burger. But I was pleasantly surprised. The gorgonzola gave it a really deep flavor. The bun was soft and the meat was cooked perfectly. The fries were fresh/hot, crispy on the outside with a little seasoning and soft on the inside. I'd love to come back and try their classic.Service 3/5It was fine nothing memorable. We ordered food, they brought it out. Their fountain machine was down, so only canned soda/drinks available. The restrooms were very clean.Ambiance 3/5The interior was small and they had TVs going with some sports. We sat outside, just note they are close to the road and right next to Del Taco's drive through. The outdoor seating is pretty close to eachother, you probably couldn't have a too private conversation without those sitting right next to you not being able to hear.Overall, I'll be back. It's not cheap but it's a quality burger that I think is price perfect without me thinking it isn't worth it.

Burger was pretty, but pretty bland. Not worth the price.I got the classic cheeseburger and my wife got the jalapeño burger. The burgers looked amazing and I was hoping with the amount of reviews and high ratings they would taste great. They did not taste as great as other reviews make them out to be. They’re not bad by any means, but the burger patty was extremely bland. It tasted like they didn’t season it at all. The tomatoes on my burger tasted better than the patty. On my wife’s burger, the bacon was amazing but the patty was also super bland.Fries were pretty good. I like season fries and these seasoned fries were tasty. So overall, good fries, MEH burgers. If you’re going to check this out, try something other than a burger

Our first visit and it didn't disappoint! Food was amazing!! I got the Hills Crispy Chicken sandwich. The chicken was fried to perfection. Also included fried jalapeños; I'm not usually a jalapeño fan- but holy smokes.. crunchy heat? Yes please. Sweet potato fries were a great balance of salty and sweet. My husband ordered the Pesto Chicken sandwich and a side house salad. Also delicious. Highly recommend!
