IHOP had not disappointed me like Today!
I ordered some Crepes & nothing to see🤦🏽‍♀️they give you the pure folded tortilla without absolutely NOTHING, neither cream nor wipcream. We ordered some Omelet we thought it came with HashBrowm or something else, they don't even tell you anything.
The person who served us took the order quickly as if she was in a hurry and you had to point out what you wanted on the menu because she didn't know much😵‍💫

My family and I never had the opportunity to actually eat food. The waiter and most of the staff were mexican. The problem is not that but the fact "they were very racist"!! He consistently walked past us (for 10 minutes). Then proceed to ask me if I had a problem. I was not the one that day, so my dad and I left

cockroach alert!!

we’ve visited this IHOP at least once a year for at least the past 5 years and today i arrived with very hungry family for my mom’s birthday breakfast & ordered our meals with two mugs of hot chocolate which seemed perfectly fine. however after stirring them and taking a few sips we noticed a small brown blob in the middle of the mug my grandmother was sipping out of, thinking it was just unmelted chocolate powder we stirred a few more times but when it refused to melt away we pushed the blob up the side of the mug and were horrified to see that it was a COCKROACH!!!! we were mortified especially because my grandmother and dad had taken sips out of the cocoa. we immediately notified the waitress who told the manager. they apologized however someone tried to make the excuse that the cockroach fell into the mug from the ceiling which was idiotic because we definitely would have noticed something dropping into the mug. we were very hungry and did have some hesitation about leaving but in the end had no choice but to walk out because we were too disgusted and could no longer trust the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Hadn't gone to an IHOP in some time...went here with my daughters for breakfast and it was not pleasant. Food was very bland, no flavor...had to drown my steak omelet in salsa and hot sauce however did not even finish half of it. Daughter ordered a custom omelet, and the waitress was not liking that because she asked to have the veggies well done. The only good experience was with the hostess Alexis...she was very sweet and helpful. I will not be returning to this location ever. Needs work with the staff mostly the waiters and cooks.

My "over easy" egg was runny. My husband said the same about his. My husband had a piece of plastic on his pancake. Tho service staff were friendly, they were not attentive to the needs of our table (group of 6).

or pancakes 3 w beacon or French toast w beacon sorry No pics next time No coffee or bring ur own ull spend $15 coffee at $4.50 20 bucks

No cooks here, just crooks. I placed an online takeout order 7 hours in advance. I needed my food ready by 9:30 am so I ordered it for 9:20. When I got there at 9:30, my food was not only not ready but they hadn't even started on it. So I told them to cancel the order and waled out. To my surprise they still charged my credit card.

Maybe I chose the wrong drive? It took a long time for us to get a table, and then it took a long time for the food to arrive, but a long time indeed! But it wasn't worth the wait. The dishes were poorly served and poorly executed, there were 4 of us and some left hungry. I ordered a pancake with strawberries and bananas and there weren't even 5 strawberries on top, very little syrup, few bananas... to make matters worse, the hot chocolate was watery, it looked like dirty water. It's a shame because the staff are very friendly and helpful but the food was very poor. I won't return and I don't recommend it.

n our order, he said because it got busier, they opened a second kitchen and the cooks just grabbed random tickets from the lineup. He apologized for their errors and said, our order was ready. We were waiting for our food another 10 minutes and still nothing. I walked by the kitchen and saw that the manager was telling them that we were leaving so no need to start our order. Meaning it wasn’t ready like he had said. Another table that was sitting two tables in front of us had arrived 50 minutes after us and also were already eating. The manager had no excuse for this other than the chefs just grabbed random tickets instead of grabbing them in order. So an hour later, two tables that were there afterwards were already eating and we still weren’t eating. Poor management and poor Customer Service skills. I do not recommend this location. The worst part is that we ordered two coffees and the waiter slammed the mugs and coffee pot on the table while he served the coffee and left the pot on the table for two other families. These two other families are white and we are Latinos.
