This place it just to be my place for decades,I’m 60 and I can’t believe wat happened last Saturday,they have RATS inside the restaurant and they know,I saw one,this place it just to be good but the past few years it’s been gross I heard they call the owner or supervisor name Darvin and he told them just to close that section to catch or kill the rat and keep serving people instead of shutting down the restaurant and call the pest control bit they didn’t they took me to the back room and see wat happens and walk out I will call the health department

We rarely go out to eat and today experience was absolutely awful. There was no AC where we were seated. Waited over 15m for food pancakes were not cooked fully. They offered a very small discount for the pancakes my mom became ill after leaving never got to make our complaints to the manager face to face. Beware!

So I am not quite sure what happened. I don’t know if they’ve had a managerial change, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at any IHOP. My pancakes were dry and literally I couldn’t even pick up with a fork My sourdough bread was stale So I was told by my server they no longer offer whipped butter, so the butter was cold and literally broken into pieces I will not be returning to this IHOP And I should’ve just stuck to my old faithful The HITCH and BLACK BEAR DINER

GOSH THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Their pancakes are the best and I HIGHLY recommend the strawberry syrup it is the BEST! The staff are always delightful and cheery!
