We had excellent service. Our waiter, Meg H. Was very personable and knew everything on the menu (as well as specials (alligator) not on the menu u that we wanted). The manager, Darri, came by to make sure we were satisfied with our food and service.

Liahona was a friendly and attentive server. He knew all about the food on the menu and was able to give good recommendations. The alligator nuggets were much better than years ago and that is why we took another chance today. The crayfish tails and cod were also good today.

We had dinner here last night 8-2-25, I’ve never given a bad review but I MUST. I ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp(no flavor) I asked for mashed potatoes(tasted like boxed) with broccoli(again no flavor at all)! Hubby ordered the brown sugar glazed salmon and his plate also was not good at all. Our son in law ordered the surf and turf(his had no flavor also) our grandson’s got the sliders with fries and thankfully those were good. We also ordered the spinach artichoke dip as our appetizer, that was good too. Save yourselves $180.00 and go elsewhere.

Food was excellent but the service was poor. We were there for a birthday and asked the server to bring him what they had for birthdays so we could sing. She never did. We had to track her down for the check and to take payment. Every time we looked for her she was nowhere around.

We love coming here. The food is always good and there's never really a wait. It's a
nice alternative to when you're hungry and the waits are too long at the mall. The drinks are strong for me but delicious for my husband. Speaking of, he recently forgot his card there and they held it for him. We really appreciate the honesty and courtesy.

I first visited Islamorada Fish Company for my 13th birthday, and I remember it being an amazing experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted incredible. The beautiful, blue-lit aquarium added to the charm, making it a truly memorable visit.

Recently, I returned as an adult, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t the same. The food quality has noticeably declined, and while the atmosphere still holds some of its appeal, the room felt darker than I remembered. The service was okay, and the drinks were average—nothing particularly special. The biggest downside was the pricing; the food felt extremely overpriced for what you get.

That being said, if I were to recommend anything, it would be Uncle Buck’s Fish and Chips. However, even the kids' meals were disappointingly small. Over
all, my experience this time around was just okay—not terrible, but not as great as I had hoped.

Would I return? Maybe, but I’d set my expectations lower next time.

07/11/2025 , Returned back to islamorada this time it was alot better food and service were great I was able to call ahead and get a spot reserved right by the aquarium which was
perfect for the kids.
