I went through the drive through ordered my food Amber took my order and added extra food on my order. Then when I got to the drive through went she told me to food I did order was discontinued and I had to ask her to remove the things I didn't order. She handed me my food it was cold, and my drink had no ice. When I asked for ice she then told me we are out of ice and That's out of my control I asked her why didn't she let me know of that at the beginning. She got a really big attitude and started arguing with me through the windows. I asked for a refund and as I was explaining myself to the team lead Codie D. Amber starts cutting off yelling at me and arguing with me. Never once did she get held accountable or even allow me to talk. I asked for the corporate number they gave me a discount number. I eat at this Jack in the box every week and never once have I ever had this experience. I will never again return to this one in my entire life.

Meat at Jacks NEVER tastes good. Has an odd taste...has for years since they changed the Jumbo Jack's many years ago. However this does not apply to the smash burgers which are RIDICULOUSLY OVER PRICED!

I am ol fashioned, didn't know how to do the kiosk stupid machine. Madeline was very helpful and had no problem helping me do my order. These days not everyone is helpful so I want to give credit to her.

All I ordered was an order of fries from Johnathan around 8:20 on 8/3/25 they weren’t hot they seemed like they were already made and under a lamp for who knows how long and oily. If all I ordered is fries please make them fresh. The lady yesterday morning 8/2/2025 around the same time always gives fresh hot fries and as a customer we appreciate this.

Food was same as ever but it’s the service I wasn’t pleased with. Monique was constantly pushing my order aside even when I asked politely how much longer it would take after 30 minutes. And she had an extremely mean attitude towards me, definitely not how you should be treating your customers.
