Bad no customer and they didn't take orders

I went inside and they were to busy with the drive thru and did not wait on me. The staff working there were very rude. So I walked out.

Was here on 6/16/25 at 4:18 pm and the Male cashier not sure if he’s the manager older Latino man. So I had two combos I asked one of those fries to be curly fries. He charged me both fries curly fries but only got one curly fries and other one regular when I went back to let him know that he had charged me for both but only got one curly fries he said well that’s what you asked for in a rude way I told him yes that’s what I asked for but you charged me for both so I would like the second curly fries. He just has a nasty attitude he needs customer service training. Also the restaurant was really dirty nobody came out to clean it nowhere to sit.

This location is awful. Don't door dash from them, because you won't receive the correct items and they won't includes sauces. If you call in and speak to the management all they'll tell you is to drive back there and pick it up. There's a reason that people doordash because they either don't have a vehicle or they don't want to go drive all the way there.

This is probably Ly the worse Jack in the box in the entire country. In the last few weeks I have been here twice and it took 20 minutes with just two cars in front of me. The order was cold. I don’t know if they just don’t have enough staff or just really bad service. This should be zero stars. Avoid this location until they improve

I ordered 2 tacos with no lettece and a chicken sandwich. The tacos came with lettece and I was told they had no ranch. Also they could not make shakes. The shake I get, not having ranch? And I ordered 2 things, you read back no lettece and you still got it wrong. There was a reason why fast food got paid so little, California really loves giving people more than they deserve.

The quality of food has significantly declined. Prices have increased while both portion size and quality have diminished. As a result, I will no longer be dining at Jack in the Box.

Came to get breakfast for my family. Told the woman 4 sandwiches and 4 hash browns. I got to the window, paid, and she only gave me 2 hash browns. I told her I actually ordered 4, she shows the receipt. I said okay can I order 2 more and she continues to argue I only order 2 showing me the receipt. She inputs my order wrong and gives me attitude for trying to get the right order. Very unfriendly woman. Make sure to check your bags before pulling away or just avoid this location like I'll be doing.
