Hit or miss. If the older gentleman is present great if the manager lady is there just throw the food in the trash on the way out. She cooks in bulk then under/overcooks food if asked to remake it.

I love the staff here, they work so hard to make your day. I was going through a rough time and they went above and beyond to fix my food order and give me extra sauce. Best staff, management and team! 5 stars!!! I appreciate you!

I just got food from here I’d say about 12AM and the woman who took my order was very kind and made no issues, she made my food to perfection I literally have no complaints whatsoever!

every time I go to save you out of service, how hard is it to make a taco you don’t need a damn computer to tell you to put some meat and lettuce and a soggy taco

Staff has always been friendly. So far they always get my order right. I like this location but sadly have to give my business else where for late night. Sadly management decision to clean shake machine at 10pm so you can never order a shake later. Even on a Friday or Saturday night. The fast food across the street can do at the golden arches. Appreciate the friendly staff though.

The nashville hot cheese sticks are awesome. Love the sauce and I have had the best in nashville. The problem is the service here. I made a mistake in ordering. I was trying to also order the nashville hot chicken as I had already ordered the same in the cheese sticks. I let the supervisor or mgr know I got the wrong item. He pointed out I got what I ordered. I let him know that was not what I wanted. He again said you got what you ordered. This would have been an easy fix. Just give me some sauce to put on the chickwn. No big deal. The mgr had no interest in good customer service. Even when a customer makes a mistake and I admitted I goofed. You still try to help the customer. This was a very simple fix and he had no interest in helping. Only reason I don't give them a 1 star is I goofed in the order. But such an easy fix to allow a customer to leave upset. Not smart at all.

The Evening Manager was very helpful and friendly. She was busy trying to restock and make sure the restaurant was clean and neat but quickly stopped to help us. Our Spicy Chicken sandwich was delicious as was our breakfast Jack. We enjoyed a great meal with friendly people and got back on the road happy! Thank You all! 😁

Check your order & receipt before you leave. The manager added drinks I didn’t order & over charged me at the window. She didn’t confirm my order at the window before charging my card. She gave me the wrong hamburger & didn’t provide a straw. Refunds back to the credit/debit card takes 2-3 business days. She will only offer cash refund or to double charge the transaction. I highly don’t recommend this location. They were not busy at all.

The middle aged guy at the drive thru window scammed me and took my gift card. This is the second time I've been ripped off at this specific location in the last few years. He stole a gift card we had and gave us a blank card back...then charged our card. I checked the receipt from the person who gave me the gift card...they only purchased those gift cards and have proof it was activated...he gave us back the wrong card deliberately then actively ignored us when we told him hes ripping us off. Strongly advise against this location.

Worst service. They cheat thier drive thru timer by asking customers to pull up and back and around. Just give me my food, quit cheating the system...
