I do food delivery. The lady told me to wait in front of the store for the 2nd order. So I wait for more than 20 minutes. I tried to call the store to ask when I could pick it up but nobody picked up the phone. When I returned to drive thru, the lady changed her words. She said I had to return to drive thru. She knew that I was waiting in front of the store. The service of this store is very negative. The food orders became very cold already when I delivered both of them.

I’ve visited this restaurant drive-thru twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. On each visit, several items on the displayed menu were unavailable, which was very frustrating. I ended up waiting in line only to be informed that I couldn’t order what I wanted, leaving empty-handed and feeling like my time was wasted. I hope the management improves the inventory or updates the menu display to reflect availability, as it creates a negative experience for customers when items are consistently out of stock...?

Not sure when management changed and decided to start parking cars in drive thru to get their time down. Will be losing some customers if u keep this up. Makes no sense to park a car when there’s no vehicles waiting behind us. McDonald’s does this often and we stopped going for that reason.

Why is it every time I come to the drive thru I am asked to go park out front and wait for the order to come out. It’s really irritating. Are they trying to fake how fast they get the food out?
But the food is always good no complaints there.
Just stop asking me to go park out front and take another 5-10 minutes to bring the food out.

This place is a real hit and miss. On the days it's good, it's really good. On the days it's bad, it's REALLY bad. There is no in-between. The wait times are usually pretty long and the staff don't pay attention, I've had my food given away to other customers on more than one occasion and had to wait even longer for it to be re-made.

8/9/24 3am ordered online went up to window older woman in a rude manner said I need to place the online order 5 mins in advance it wasn’t busy at all I was only person in line. I always place my order 1-2 mins before so my order is fresh and I do it all the time and no one has ever said anything. The younger woman was respectful.

Ordered food through the drive through, they had it wrong on the screen so I repeated myself with a little louder voice, and Becka immediately tells me that I don't have to be rude, I said we'll you didn't here me the first time so I just git a little louder with my order cause sometimes it doesn't come through clear. Then I drove to the window and told her that I wasn't trying to be rude just wanted to be clear, she automatically wanted to argue with me, I told her she shouldn't be arguing with the customer, then she said I Don't Care. So this is why I'm posting this complaint, and I will be call the corporate over this issue, I work retail myself and I know how to give customer service it isn't that hard.

female overnight employee rude as hell for no reason when i said i had an online order. Went up to window and said if i didn't add sauce in online order she wouldn't give me any all in a rude manner. She clearly wants a different job.
