Love the two tacos for $1.99. but for some reason they were salty and spicy.

They never get my order correct. When I come it's usually later in the night and the lady taking orders takes the order right but the bag they give always has cheese on my burger. I've heard them arguing about who got the order wrong one day they need to work on the customer service skills.

Very slow service. Waiting in line with three cars for an hour. Got in line at 1:20pm and didn’t get out of the drive through till 2:20pm!

I do food delivery. The lady told me to wait in front of the store for the 2nd order. So I wait for more than 20 minutes. I tried to call the store to ask when I could pick it up but nobody picked up the phone. When I returned to drive thru, the lady changed her words. She said I had to return to drive thru. She knew that I was waiting in front of the store. The service of this store is very negative. The food orders became very cold already when I delivered both of them.

Manager and girl named Jenni very disrespectful and rude .. the manager isn’t professional at all trying to start something over sauce I spent $40 ridiculous

I’ve visited this restaurant drive-thru twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. On each visit, several items on the displayed menu were unavailable, which was very frustrating. I ended up waiting in line only to be informed that I couldn’t order what I wanted, leaving empty-handed and feeling like my time was wasted. I hope the management improves the inventory or updates the menu display to reflect availability, as it creates a negative experience for customers when items are consistently out of stock...?
