Terrible customer service very unprofessional will not be going to this location again
It takes a while to get your food from this location. The food comes out so so. And you usually have to park around the front for your order which is standard, but it can take some time.

So I ordered thru ubereats. Once again they screwed up my order. Idk what to say . Just very inconvenient that I don't get what I ordered. I get that accidents happen but when it happens alot from this location there's something definitely wrong. Lack of quality control, lack of what, idk. Get ur stuff together people. I expect my order to be perfect considering what I pay for your food and service.

They only had one worker it was terrible took 30 minutes to get my order
Been to this location twice and each time my order was incorrect and it took forever to receive. Super short staffed. However they were friendly.
Gave me food poisoning threw up right after eating it
I come here all the time because we live close and this is our go to location. There was only one person in line in front of me, and it took about five minutes for them to even greet that person. Same thing happened to me. I ordered a Neapolitan shake. Brandy said they do not have that flavor. Just in case, they didn’t know what it was I explained it to them and she told me that they can mix it all together. I went on to tell her I get this from here all the time then she told me she could do it but would have to charge me three times to give me one shake! I ask for a manager and Brandy was the only one, she said there was no manager available which I’m pretty sure it’s against store policy or at least should be. She was rude about it didn’t offer any solution so I decided to just not get my food for my drink here. Now I’m waiting for the person in front of me to receive their food and it’s been about 10 minutes! I will avoid coming to this location again because of her and whatever general manager is in charge here, they are failing to serve the people who keep them in business. Customer service needs to change!
The amount of time they have taken for this line with 3 people in it is ridiculous! Respectfully, how did it take 8-10
Minutes to even get to the ordering box and there are three cars in the line including me. It took me over 15 minutes to get through this line of 3 cars.
