Employees got in a fight when I pulled up to pick my order up and I never got my food, they walked out and left me I. Drive through for 10 minutes, I pulled around and went inside and one girl came out and said we just got in a fight, then I asked for my order and she walked away again. I had to pick my kids up so I just left at this point, I’m going to corporate with this one, management needs to be held accountable this is absurd. I want my refund

I bought the spicy chicken sandwich? set meal after get off work and took it home for dinner. The restaurant has a clean environment and is connected to the gas station next to it. Parking is convenient. The spicy chicken steak in the sandwich is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Very juicy??I like it

Stopped by the drive-though, the person who attended me and my family was very short and rude, after telling us to pull out to the parking lot the manager brought our food, we asked for ketchup and they said "there's no more ketchup" and walked away.
My family and I said "wait..... Jack in the box doesn't have ketchup?" So we went inside to ask someone else, lo and behold there were many ketchup packets, after asking the manager why she said there was no ketchup she just replied incomprehensibly. Attached is the photo of the rude person. The rest of the staff was very polite

Been eating here since I moved down the street in 2008 and it still boggles my mind how they can consistently mess up orders and serve sub par food! When an order of tacos was .99 it wasn’t a big deal to get shorted or get one that was broken or missing something but at 1.89 and now having older kids that put down multiple it starts to add up when you get 8 tacos and half of them are missing the filling or you get shorted it’s super frustrating! Check your food before you leave.

Great customer service! The employees are super sweet! My kiddos like to visit for an after-school snack. My only issue is that I paid $18.00 for one hamburger meal. Um, that is a bit steep for a fast food joint! LOL!!! Especially one that is attached to a gas station! I told my kiddos, "Not again!!!! I'm not paying $18.00 for a Jack in the Box meal! LOL! You can go to In & Out and get far better quality burgers, fries, and shakes for far less!!!! No more smash burgers from Jack in Box! After-school snacks will be In & Out or home!
