I come here all the time because we live close and this is our go to location. There was only one person in line in front of me, and it took about five minutes for them to even greet that person. Same thing happened to me. I ordered a Neapolitan shake. Brandy said they do not have that flavor. Just in case, they didn’t know what it was I explained it to them and she told me that they can mix it all together. I went on to tell her I get this from here all the time then she told me she could do it but would have to charge me three times to give me one shake! I ask for a manager and Brandy was the only one, she said there was no manager available which I’m pretty sure it’s against store policy or at least should be. She was rude about it didn’t offer any solution so I decided to just not get my food for my drink here. Now I’m waiting for the person in front of me to receive their food and it’s been about 10 minutes! I will avoid coming to this location again because of her and whatever general manager is in charge here, they are failing to serve the people who keep them in business. Customer service needs to change!

The amount of time they have taken for this line with 3 people in it is ridiculous! Respectfully, how did it take 8-10 Minutes to even get to the ordering box and there are three cars in the line including me. It took me over 15 minutes to get through this line of 3 cars.

Employees got in a fight when I pulled up to pick my order up and I never got my food, they walked out and left me I. Drive through for 10 minutes, I pulled around and went inside and one girl came out and said we just got in a fight, then I asked for my order and she walked away again. I had to pick my kids up so I just left at this point, I’m going to corporate with this one, management needs to be held accountable this is absurd. I want my refund

I bought the spicy chicken sandwich? set meal after get off work and took it home for dinner. The restaurant has a clean environment and is connected to the gas station next to it. Parking is convenient. The spicy chicken steak in the sandwich is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Very juicy??I like it
