Wish I could leave zero stars. DO NOT mobile order. They don't give a damn. They will push your order to the very back and only attend to those in line. My order was suppose to be ready at 11:42 and it is now 12:20 and I'm still waiting. Those after me have gotten their order. This is NOT the first time. It's happened 4 other times but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. A bunch of young teenagers who clearly don't care.I should not have to waste half of my lunch waiting for something I ordered in advance.This is pathetic. They should turn off mobile ordering if this is such an issue for them. Order was suppose to be ready at 11:42 and just NOW getting my order at 12:25. Ridiculous.

I ordered my food in advance for a soccer tournament. I walked in 3 minutes after the order time on the app. The woman at the register said they were still working on my order. So I waited another 10 minutes for them to work on it. So essentially I waited over thirty minutes, walking in would've been faster. After I finally received my order they didn't even care for my wait. The cheesesteak was cold and my son couldn't even eat his turkey club because it was so soggy. We eat at Jersey Mike's often. I'd skip the one the staff doesn't care about service or quality.

My wife and I have had numerous orders delivered that are incorrect with the wrong bread, missing or incorrect topings. We love Jersey Mikes but this location is routinely messing up our orders.

In order for me to leave a review I had to give a star. I didn’t want to leave any stars! I work around the area and I take my lunch in the evening. I like Jersey Mike’s, but this location the service needs help. I like warm subs and the times I’ve been there it’s before 8pm and I know they close at 9pm. I’m always being told they are not preparing warm subs they turned off the grill already. So my question to the owner, your store closes at 9 why can’t we get warm subs. You definitely lost a customer. Also to the owner why do you only answer to good reviews, bad reviews matter more step it up and change your ways.

Had a few places to choose from for my lunch break, decided I wanted a hot sandwich on this cold night, I get in a little bit after 8, they close at 9. The guy behind the counter said they are only doing cold sandwiches cause he just turned off the grill. Is this normal operations? I left and probably won't be back again, thanks for wasting my time, I found a spot with warm food, lol

We called and ordered a subs by the box for our family gathering and the person that the phone was very helpful. When we picked up our food, Aiden was so helpful and friendly. The store was clean and airy. Our family loved the sandwiches and asked where we got them from. We told them Jersey Mikes. We definitely recommend this Jersey Mikes to anyone looking for a delicious sandwich.
Great staff especially the manager Tony, easily the most professional and friendly guy I've had the pleasure of knowing!! The other staff are all friendly and wear smiles on their face and make me feel like I'm one of them!! Can't say enough good things as this store and the way Tony runs it sets the bar for other stores to follow!!

The most immature group of employees I've ever seen at a restaurant, even including fast food. Some not wearing their uniform, joking around with their coworkers, trash left on the floor and a couple of swearing too. I hope management reads this so they can take corrective actions.

Curly hair boy with big ole gold earrings helped me last night and this is absolutely one of the nicest kids I have met. He asked if i wanted pepper which I never experience at any other Jersey Mikes I always have to ask. And overall had an outgoing attitude that enlightened my day. Reminded me of my grandson. You go kid!!!

I'm pretty disappointed with this place. Ordered a sandwich off their menu with no special requests. 20mins in and already 10 other customers ahead of me got their orders. Asked couple times when will my sandwich be ready and they told me they forgot and will start making it right away. Told them to cancel the order and got my money back. Total waste of time.
