Just got a big kahuna again from here. It's probably only my third time, but it was awesome. You're great. I got the giant size which is great for 2 meals. Loaded and with the perfect amount of jalapenos.

The last couple of weeks I have been ordering on line, I have come in 10 to 15 minutes after the designated time for pick up and the food was not ready. Please get the all girl crew back, they kick the ass the five guys!

I ordered through the app, I walked in to pick it up but it wasn't ready. 5 people walked in and got their food and walked out and I'm still waiting. I thought ordering thru the app is supposed to be faster. It took me about 30 minutes to get my food

Usually this location is ok. This time around the employees were rude. Didn't get my order correct. 2 of the exact same cali club and both sandwiches were incorrect. Pretty disappointing whe you spend $40 on lunch and they don't get the order right. Frustrating. It's not a complicated job.

never in my life have i ever seen a owner talk to his employees so disrespectful in my life. He was so deeming, snapping at them. degrading them in front of a store full of customers. He treated them like they were a piece of crap! in the middle of one of his working making sandwiches he yelled at another guy saying " you need to watch her" you should of saw the look of shock on her face. You could tell how embarrassed she was and the guy he yelled that bowed his head in embarrassment not for the fact that he was told that but more for the fact you could see how what he said effected the lady that honestly was busting her butt trying her best. THE OWNER him self was struggling on the grill . the gentleman he had snapped at to sweep the floor was sweeping and the owner snapped at him and yelled at him to put the broom down and to help.. dude you just snapped at him to sweep and now your yelling at him AGAIN to drop the broom. The poor guy looked like he was being pulled in so many directions . the look of defeat on his face was dishearting. There was a much younger gentleman trying to help on the line you could tell he was training and doing his best but let me tell you if that was my son and that man talked to him like that we would have problems. When our sandwiches were done we told the WHOLE staff point blank . You are doing a good job and none of you deserve to be talked to like that by any employer EVER!!!!! i really hope that those employees speak up to corporates about how they are treated because no one deserves to be treated that way. it was discus ting and absolutely heartbreaking.
