The dining area was a mess. Chairs and tables were dirty with food crumbs and little dabs of mayo or sauce here and there. Chairs in dissaray. Floor was also in dire need of a sweep and mop. The bathroom was in need of attention. This makes me question the cleanliness of the whole restaurant. The woman who gave me my food was rude. Maybe she was having a bad day/ something else going on in her life. If however, it's because you dislike your job and feel it is beneath you, then quit. No need to have your bad attitude infecting the other employees who actually want to do a good job and appreciate being employed I do sympathize though. Customer service is a challenging profession. My sandwich was neatly made and yummy.

They have always been my go to sub spot. They were out of parm.bread. They had only lettuce, tomatoes and onion available. Hardly any meat ,very stingy with everything they did have. It was also very hot in there. Staff was not very friendly either. This will be my last time at this location.

Not quite sure what happened to my favorite sub place willing to spend a bit extra for a great sub wife returned home with a horrible sub I don't know if there was a change in ownership had no condiments and seem to be a little cheap on the meat unfortunately I talked my grandson into buying a good sub instead of going to Subway I hope they could fix this made me look bad
They never answer there phone and doesn’t seem like they want to work

I've been stewing over this place for some time. This was our go to place for a sandwich since they opened. However, we will never go back. We went for lunch and there were no customers in the place. They did have several pick up orders they were working on. NO ONE said anything to us. We walked over to the person slicing the meats and cheese and he NEVER looked up. We were right across from him and he completely ignored us. The other employees would look our way and then quickly looked away. We waited for a good 5 minutes right across from the guy working the slicer and then walked out. Even as we were leaving no one said a word. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

So weird they ask for a tip and then they act rude because you don't tip but it's not like they do a exceptional job at making your sub. Sorry your employer doesn't want to pay you better but that shouldn't fall under the consumers responsibility and then act unprofessional about it.

We ordered through DoorDash today. Delivery service was great, as for the food not so much. It's as if they went out of their way to provide a crappy lunch for us. We ordered a sub bowl with extras we paid for and did not get. It also lacked lettuce. We also ordered a Cal Club, the tomato's were green in the center. It tasted horrible and the bread was soggy. I would like to think if I was preparing a sandwich/lunch for someone I would make it like I was making it for myself. The Jersey Mikes by Blaze is the best one in town. This location is disappointing the majority of the time.
