I came in around lunch time and the workers were really hustling to get the orders through. Everyone was polite and my sandwich was great! I've Never gotten anything bad from this location on many previous orders.

Not one to write reviews but receiving an order 40 minutes past my pickup time is wild to me. People who were waiting in line to place their order were getting orders within minutes. I asked twice how long for my sandwich and it’s always “yours is next.” Two people seemed to be doing nothing other than staring at order receipts like lost puppies, 4 people working total. There did not seem to be any game plan for them (someone who does online orders while someone does in person, etc.) 10-15 past an order time, sure, but 40!?

Everyone who works here is great. The first time I came to order a Turkish sandwich, and since I am Muslim, I was embarrassed to ask if she could change it gloves and she was happy to help to change and clean everything because she was respecting my religion clarissa she’s amazing and everybody were there the same because I went other time and do the same I recommend it

Been here several times for ordering catering takeout sub boxes. Service is always good and the order has always been accurate! Not to mention the excellent sub sandwiches! 😋👍

Tried getting a side of Hot Honey, they told me they do not do sides of it, even though I'm still willing to pay the extra fee they charge for it. How can we try it? I don't want to put it on my entire sandwich and not like it, and end up wasting the entire sandwich. Very bad customer service. Hard to believe this is the way they do things.

Great staff and great service. I have gotten my order mixed with another customer, but I understand it's rush hour, and we are human. My son has a wheat and dairy allergy, and they are so careful. It is one of our favorite locations to have our lunch dates.

I like this location. Unfortunately, it is a hit or miss with good customer service. Sometimes, you walk in, and you are greeted with hellos and smiles. Come back another day, and they are extremely rude! Zero hellos and bad attitudes.

Good subs. Fresh and well made. Can’t go wrong with #55 Big Kahuna and #10 Tuna Fish. Add on some chilly pepper sauce if you like it spicy.

So fresh - I love it! These guys just displaced Subway at the top of my list. Thanks to my daughter for introducing me to this via a “buy one get one free coupon”, which seems to be a thing with them.
