Sandwich definitely not same as pictured. Presentation of Sandwich was horrible. Basically just bread and mayo for $12. Will not revisit.

Great ham and provolone sandwich, as usual. Quick and pleasant service, especially by Fred, who has an outgoing and friendly manner. If you'd like a sandwich, made with fresh ingredients, and soft, tasty bread, then forget about the rest, come to the best, Jimmy John's!!

Super disappointed. I been eating g here for years. I come to get a sandwich for me and my girlfriend and there was no turkey. Pure vegetables. To top it off they charged me extra for salami which I didn’t request plus they didn’t add. I go take it back and get attitude like if I made the sandwich wrong myself.

Disappointment Between Two Slices: A Jimmy John’s Letdown

What happened to the Jimmy John’s I once knew? As someone who grew up in Central Illinois, I had fond memories of this sandwich chain - memories that were brutally shattered during my recent visit.

The experience began with a distinct lack of customer service. The cashier seemed completely disinterested, taking an uncomfortably long time to acknowledge my presence. When he finally did, his lack of enthusiasm was noticeable- setting the stage for the culinary disappointment to come.
The sandwich itself was a far cry from the quality I remembered. Priced at nearly $10, it was a massive letdown. Underripe tomatoes sat limply between slices of day-old bread, while an overwhelming amount of mayonnaise nearly drowned out any hint of turkey. The entire sandwich appeared hastily put together, with zero attention to quality or presentation.

This isn’t just about a bad lunch - it’s about a brand that seems to have lost its way. The Jimmy John’s I remember was about fresh, quick, and satisfying sandwiches. This experience was anything but. What used to be a reliable option now feels like a waste of money.

I ordered a chicken ranch wrap and I wanted an extra kick ranch but not in the wrap on the side because I don't like it overly soggy food, and guy that rang me up said that if I could have asked for extra in the wrap they wouldn't have charged but because I asked for it on the side they charge.
