I ordered a chicken ranch wrap and I wanted an extra kick ranch but not in the wrap on the side because I don't like it overly soggy food, and guy that rang me up said that if I could have asked for extra in the wrap they wouldn't have charged but because I asked for it on the side they charge.

First time visiting this location. Ordered online for pickup on Monday right at noon. Arrived in about 10 minutes. Parking lot was pretty busy since there are other businesses sharing the same lot. Walked over to the pickup counter, the gentleman with a beard was busy fulfilling orders. He politely asked my order name, and said it was being made. Hit the restroom really quick, came out and sandwich was ready. Place was busy but the staff really did a great job providing great...
