Party of 9. Ordered our drinks and it took over a half an hour and after we pointed out that the waitress that took our order just walked out with her purse in her arms . Very confusing incident.
It was worth the wait! About a 25 min wait on a Saturday night. The bread is so soft and fresh nice way to start off a great meal.

We saw the special deal that they have been advertising so decided to give it a try. The $15.99 special comes with unlimited salad, Italian Nachos (scratching my head on this one), 4oz of ribeye steak and choice of lasagna or shrimp scampi. Lots of food for just one person. However, we were there on a Tuesday night around 6pm and there was only two other tables in the restaurant, one already has their food served. At first, the service was great, then it went south from there. When our meals came out, the food was cold, not even warm. We told the waitress and she did take it back waited for another 10-15 minutes for the re-make and this time it was fine. Our waitress was quite busy with few more tables came in after us. There were three more servers and not sure why they are not helping this one. We asked for some butter with our bread and again, waited for quite sometime before we got them. When our server brought out the checks, the special meal was doubled. We, again, waited for her to correct the price and came back with the wrong changes again. But this time, it’s a dollar different so I ended up payed for it since we don’t want to waste anymore time here.Parking: Near shopping strip mall so plenty of parking space.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious area for easy wheelchair access.

The food is amazing. There are always specials of some kind on the menu or at the bar. And the portions are way more than my wife and I could eat, so we have a delicious lunch the next day. The servers are also attentive and nice.

I had dinner at the Rancho Cucamonga location with a date. We were greeted by a friendly face and seated.Exceptional service started immediately as we were greeted by our server. Our dinners were not only fresh and delicious but also piping hot as it arrived at our table.Our server Monica was super friendly and attentive throughout our stay.After paying for our dinner I wanted to speak to the manager to compliment our experience with Monica. I found Monica and asked to speak with the manager on her behalf, turns out Monica is the manager!As the manager and also giving us 5 star service I feel compelled to share our outstanding service and exceptional food experience.We will definitely return and of course hope to see Monica again.

This restaurant has hands down the BEST customer service! Every single time we come everyone greets us as if we are apart of their family. I really don't know why I haven't left a review sooner. We had dinner here tonight and the service was beyond amazing! Veronica helped us and she went above and beyond. I believe a manager also helped us but I didn't catch his name. Their happy hour menu is one of the best I've seen and the food is always PERFECT! THANK YOU Johnny carinos staff for always making sure every customer is well taken care of! Good service is hard to find these days and you guys are nailing it each and every time!!
