When an establishments key goal is the excellence of a customer experience it shows in every aspect of their business. Johnny O's Cafe is just that place. My friend and I needed a middle distance eatery to meet. Johnny O's came up with great reviews. But our experience went above and beyond. First the place has a friendly charm, but it is the staff and food that mark the above average customer service. They make you feel like family, waiting on you hand over foot to make sure you have absolutely everything you need. My friend and I hadn't seen each other in years. I gabbed so long my food got cold. I asked if they could reheat it. Instead the chef insisted to make me a fresh plate of biscuits and gravy. My hot water cup was never empty. Hands down Denice and Alex our co servers were nothing short of amazing. So if you have an opportunity to be in the Rancho Cucamonga/ Ontario area, make sure to stop there. I need to mention the biggest extra ... the price points and selection is fantastic! The food delish!! Thank you to the staff for making the experience warm and wonderful

Possibly the best breakfast burrito I have ever eaten! Got it with a chipotle sauce on the inside and a habanero salsa on the side that really kicked it up! The corn beef and hash is homemade and was also exceptional. Our server, Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. We will be back for sure, highly recommend!

I went for steak and eggs with a pancake on the side, and the whole plate was fantastic. The steak had wonderful seasoning, the eggs were prepared perfectly, and the pancake was light, soft, and flavorful. A truly satisfying meal.

We first ate here a year ago at their old location and it was fantastic. It was the first burger I ever ate where I didn’t add ketchup or anything else. It was perfect. Today we tracked down their new location and it was an even better experience from start to finish! Food and service were both perfect!!! Any time we are in town from Phoenix, we will be visiting Johnny O’s!

JohnnyO's is a pretty good breakfast spot. As many have stated, the portions are huge. Be prepared to wait a bit for a seat, especially on weekends, because for their small space; they do a massive business. You should also be prepared to wait for your order to be taken and for the meal to be prepared and delivered to your table. The food prep, in our view, needs some review. We found our meals a bit on the salty side. The home-style potatoes were mushy. I had steak and eggs. The steak was a New York cut, again very salty as if marinaded in a salty solution. The steak was also chewy; perhaps I should have ordered it medium rare rather than just medium. My wife's hot link breakfast also seemed salty. Once we got our meal, we were repeatedly asked how everything was myn and my decaf was regularly warmed up. Everyone works so hard and seems to want their diners to enjoy their meals, which we appreciated. Hopefully, their new location will have better parking and will better accommodate their volume of customers. I also hope my suggestions for food prep improvement will be taken in the spirit offered. I really like to see such family-friendly, customer-centered establishments like JohnnyO's do very well. Their hard work deserves success.

My family and I love this place. Great consistent food and service. Also great music playlist. We cant wait for the new location to be open. Alex and Denise go over the top to make feel all costumers confortable.
Nothing but good vibes here. I only had chicken tenders & fries, but they allowed me to stay 2 hours while I waited for my ride. They even made conversation to make me feel comfortable & kept offering water.
