Huge mistake. Wanted wings, it was late, figured I'll give this place a try.Wings were extremely bland, even with the dry rub mixes I ordered. I had the Korean and Cajun Lime. I immediately had to add seasonings and re-heat in the air fryer: wasn't crispy also.

Okay so, I ordered my favorite buffalo wings from Jolene's because of the sauce. Belisimo. Called the number via Yelp and it was easy peasy. Well up to the point I went to pick up my order via curbside. Wonderful gal came out & asked me to check my order. Thankfully I did because they were the boneless kind which weirds me out. She took them back & a manager brought my correct order out along with a main course of scolding. The number listed on yelp is a third party (not indicated anywhere) so, the lecture first started by telling me how he's losing money, followed up by if this happens again, I need to call the number I ordered from (which is who I thought I had) to rectify it because it's not the number to their location. I asked him where I could find the location number, to which he replied "online"?! I was treated as if I made the mistake and he took care of it "this time". I don't believe "the customer is always right. I also don't believe I should have been treated like I called a number (with no indication) that wasn't their Rancho restaurant only to be treated like I stole food from his grandmother after tripping her. There's all.

Ordered the frozen TV Dinner Fried Chicken Dinner, it was pretty good. Too much food for me though. Also ordered the Korean Dry Rub bone in wing, pretty good. Nice level of spice.

Literally just ordered wings from here on DoorDash and absolutely terrible. My boyfriend got the taki’s wings and they gave him stale taki’s. I ordered the barbecue wings and I got hard and burnt wings, like I can’t even eat them. You can even see it on my picture how burnt and hard the barbecue wings I got! I also asked for bone-in wings and all I got was boneless. Terrible food, absolutely terrible! ????

We got the garlic parm, Cajun lime, and Nashville hot as well as fries and onion rings. Garlic parm had all of the topping melted off and slopped in the bottom (picked up the wings 2 minutes early and drove them 5 minutes away - so it's not like they were sitting in there for hours, also we didn't reheat them). You could taste garlic in the far distance, but mostly just tasted like oil. Cajun lime were probably the best, but just tasted like a generic seasoning sprinkled lightly on a frozen wing. Needed salt for sure Nashville hot tasted nothing like their name, and were barely "mild" Fries and rings were pretty small for their price, and both came in small plastic unvented containers making them extremely soggy. There was a literal puddle of condensation in the fry container. All the wings were remarkably (and uncomfortably) gummy..
