I decided to have Jollibee for dinner and this was probably one of the best Jollibees I’ve been to. All the workers were very friendly and the food came out fast and fresh. Usually my chicken sandwiches are dry, but the one I got was so good!

I love the food so much it’s amazing! i also love everything inside the restaurant. love the upgrades! there’s also a little booth that I love to take photos with! 10/10 I love jollibee ❤️

The food is amazing, and the service is exceptional, especially Mr. Marcial Distor, who was able to explain to me the rewards system. He was very attentive with excellent customer service. And the atmosphere was very clean and pleasant. Highly recommended.

Jollibee Rancho Cucamonga never disappoints! The place is always spotless.. cleanliness is definitely spot on. Their chicken is perfectly crispy and flavorful, and I absolutely love their sweet-style spaghetti.. it’s comfort food at its best. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the customer service is excellent. Always a great experience!

This is our favorite place when we have the need for a quick meal. Smiling staff, very respectful from management to staff., fast and friendly service.but most of all, their meal variety are flavorful. I love the mango crispy bread, spaghetti and CHICKENJOY!!!

Writing this review because I saw it in front of me as I was ordering. Ive been in this store many times and go here weekly. Ive had interactions and incidents with some of the supervisors in this location and everytime I would ask for one, or if things werent right about my order, ive seen some supervisors pr managers avoid and would escalate it to someone else. Not until recently I had incident about the restrooms and the way its being used. Marcial helped me out and assured me that he would let your management know. He has been THE ONLY ONE that I have seen have the courage to face customer issues with ease and professionalism. Bless that kid and I hope the others would use him as an example on how to serve greatly.

Great experience with the service crew and good atmosphere! Keep up the great work, I just wish the store was bigger! I can tell that during the weekends. the decorations are always up, whoever is leading that, amazing job!!

They have fast service, the food was great. The gravy goes with everything, except the spaghetti. But I haven't tried it so I can't say. I love the gravy with the fries. Will be coming back soon. Staff is friendly and food was out promptly after ordering even when it was really busy.

Food Was good but service was sucks, I came to order To go to take on our way home to Fresno for a friend and ask for half and half for the chicken cashiers said that’s fine, i waited patiently for my order to come out been waiting and waiting people was come and and go so i thought it’s just busy after 35-40mins I got up and ask cause the buzzer that they gave me never ring so I ask the 2 ladies at front what happened to my order that’s when they both look at each other and grab the order ticket that they thrown out and work for my order, I was waiting and when they hand me my order I ask the lady that my order was half and half and she confirmed and said yes so I left. Then when I open the bag to check I saw the bag was dripping with gravy all over me and saw the chicken was missed up and it’s all spicy one..

I used to be Popeyes fan cause we don’t have Jollibees from where I originally from.

Besides their chicken is fire, I just really love they always provide good vide and good service and clean environment at this location, if you were kfc and Popeyes fan you know what I am talking about. 😂 Moreover, eating spaghetti with fried chicken is absolutely genius idea 💡

The food is very good! Service sucks because they are overworked and underpaid (staff spread thin), so we don't blame the overall experience.
The line can be very long depending on the time of day, but the food is worth the wait: quality and always hot. The setup is meant to get you out of there, not stay, bathrooms are gross.
The original chicken sandwich tastes the best; the spicy chicken bucket tastes best. And Spicy chicken sandwich is not good at all, and the original chicken bucket has no flavor. Don't know how that works.
We still need to try a few other options, but the sides and chicken are pretty on point (don't come here for burgers, nothing special unless you really cannot have chicken).
