Went here on June 15th to get two Protein Blast with whey protein and a shot of whey protein on the side. Was told by employee Tally that it was policy to not give whey protein on the side. I do it at other locations. The reason is because a massive amount of what I buy just gets thrown out and over flows from the Xtra whey protein. So putting it on the side I can pour in half way from drinking the smoothie. Can someone reach out to me about why this location deviates from the other locations? Would love to still come back but can not while this keeps happening. Thank you.

This is the shadiest juice it up I have been too. They give you attitude if you dont tip and I have to triple check they didnt charge me twice by accident. Most juice it ups are friendly and they automatically print your receipt, this one they pan handle you for a tip like wtf. I normally dont review establishments like this, its a chain, so this isnt a reflection of the juice it up brand.

Bought The Zone and paid for extra Whey. Same drink I buy every time for three years and I know what it should be like. The drink was super thin and watery, no extra whey, and such little peanut butter (if any) that I couldn’t taste it. I asked about it and by the look on their face, I wasn’t going to have them remake it. I can’t even take back the tip I applied.

I'm a very frequent customer which now maybe I'll find another place. Please explain why if I paid for a LARGE Product I'm getting it half filled, smaller than the regular size but paying for FULL PRICE. And the employee must 🤔 think she's saving money by giving me half of the container. Omg ... you get paid by hour !

Tried to come in when they said they were open according to google maps which is 730am. I get there at 740am and the open sign is flashing. However, both doors are locked and not a soul in site. Waited until 8:10 and still nobody inside or on site with doors locked. Won’t be trying my luck here again.

Good service and clean environment, however the prices are high and they add 40% of water to the juices, it taste really bad, not coming back and wont recommend them, they have a big sign that advertise to be raw certified juices, and customer service all they say email me and lete discuss this further, im not going to waste my time with you, i simply not coming back. big disappointment.
