Girl working here tonight with brown hair 10/10 /25 at 8pm must really hate her job. Maybe hire kinder staff and workers that acknowledge there guests.

I like this Juice it up at this location. They are very efficient with time and make your orders correctly. When entering I was greeted and was guided about the menu. I did stand on the side for pick up but due to many people already being inside, I can see why there was a bit of confusion. I got my order and enjoyed it on the way home. Will be using this Juice it up when in the area.

The worst juice it up I have been to. We orderd the prerzel drink combo and it took them 30 minutes to make the pretzel and there was no one else in the shop. Also rather than charge me a combo she charged me the drink and pretzel each seperatly. I pointed that out to the girl but she clearly didn't know how to use the pos. Also the store got flooded with more customers and they kept me waiting for the one pretzel. Fire all the workers at this location juice it up! They were super rude.

I got a berry açaí bowl with the basic three topics. They barely put any toppings! I ate half the bowl because there was no more topping left 😡 I’ll stick to my regular location.

i have been to other juice it ups but this one is by far the worst one. the girls that work there are so rude and do not know how to make bowls. the bowl i got was super nasty and they put as little toppings as possible. they tried to tell me that i didn’t ask for bananas but the bananas come in the bowl i got they said that was just recommended but ive been to other locations and that was never the case they put the toppings that it originally comes with unless you ask otherwise and ask if you want any additional. these girls either don’t know what they are doing or just pick and choose who they want to give a hard time which is sad because i spent money there NEVER going back to this location again and don’t recommend anyone else does. also the bowl i got made me very sick. they definitely do not know how to make bowls

Love the smoothies and the dragon fruit passion bowl really great… and I applied to work here really pray to here back from them I will love to work here

First, and last, time at this location. I ordered the large (to split over 2 days) Protein Smoothie bowl with granola, coconut, chia seeds, and chocolate (which is extra). We picked it up and went home. What I GOT was a Protein Smoothie bowl with a teaspoon of granola, half a cup of coconut, a light sprinkle of chia seeds, and NO chocolate. Plus, an added bonus of a hair?. This had to be thrown out. I always go to the location on Mountain in Ontario, but, my daughters wanted to go to the opening of a store in the same shopping center so we ordered from here. I wish that we had waited until we were closer to the Ontario location. Never again.

Juice It Up is my go-to spot for a quick, refreshing boost. My favorite drink is "The Zone" — it's packed with protein, fills me up for the rest of the day, and gives me the energy I need for work. My partner always goes for the "Lava Flow" (without coconut), and they love it just as much.

The rewards program is a great bonus, adding extra value to each visit. While there's usually a small wait, the friendly service makes it more than worth it. If you’re looking for a tasty and energizing smoothie, Juice It Up never disappoints!

I just left this location and am shaken up after being spoken to in a poor manner by the owner. I ordered a small raw juice which had a lot of pulp (in the top half of the cup). The employee was kind enough to offer to remake it and use a strainer. I said ok but when I saw the size of the holes in the strainer I changed my mind. I wanted juice only as it should be. She needed the owner to give the refund and when he came from the back to the register to give me the refund he said, "I don't know why you're complaining. There's nothing we can do about it". I asked, " Why are you getting upset?" He said that he wasn't and said something to the effect that that is how the drink is and "Maybe you should make it at home". I said, "I do make it at home. I've been to other Juice it Ups and it doesn't have pulp. I've been here before and it didn't have pulp. You don't have to get upset". I did not deserve to have any of that said to me. I was polite and my tone never escalated. His tone didn't either, but I didn't deserve to have him say those words to me when all I wanted was a drink that had no pulp when it is not supposed to have pulp in the first. If that was the case I wouldn't even buy it. Having pulp in the raw juice drink is not standard. To be treated that way when as the owner he was well aware that as a standard, raw drinks are liquid only. I did nothing to deserve those rude words or for him to accuse me of complaining and to tell me I should make it at home.? To the owner, this was hurtful and upsetting. I left feeling nervous (literally shaking) and mistreated. You were wrong and out of line. I never complained. I simply wanted my drink made as it is supposed to be and when I saw that it wasn't and that it still wouldn't be even if it were remade, I opted out. I was in no way wrong for that and was in no way rude to you or anyone even after you were rude to me.

Staff is friendly. The shop is clean and tidy. They have a variety of great drink choices. The mango drink is delicious. They also have a protein shake. Overall it was a great experience coming here!
