I love this location! They sure know to pack the bowl when you get more than three toppings. Every visit has been pleasant.

I wanted to give them another chance but they didn’t start my order until everyone that ordered before and after me, as well as ordered ahead on the app or came in and ordered in store. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:27pm but I didn’t get my order until 12:38pm. The drink was clumpy again as well even though I put to blend it twice. Just going to stick to the one near my house.

I really hope this doesn't ruin Kiara's day but she seemed to be having a bad one already when I came in to juice it up today. I asked her to make two pina colada smoothies one with banana one without add mango. She didn't bother to make one, so I had to order another, and when she finished making the smoothies she stacked the blenders inside of each other. She seemed very bothered by me even though I'd never met her in my life. This weird experience made my smoothie seem bland.

Whoever the manager was on the shift was so rude to her poor employee. She was making the employee sit and watch her make a smoothie because she’s “told them so many times to not do it that way”. Maybe the employee did need to be refreshed on the order of making the smoothie, but the manager didn’t have to do it publicly in front of customers in attempt to humiliate the employee. Super unprofessional. I feel bad for the poor employee.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order, someone walked in and was immediately able to order in front of me. Not coming back.
