There was a long black hair under the icing of my buttermilk donut . Absolutely Disgusting ! You don’t inspect your food before you sell it ? Not too mention he only accepts Zelle or cash , he doesn’t accept debit cards , credit cards or Apple Pay lol… don’t see how this place has 4 stars but I’ll never come here again .

Donuts are so delicious and fresh! Large variety of donuts including maple and chocolate bars plus ham and cheese breakfast croissants. Also huge cinnamon twists and donut holes with sprinkles! Yum!

Tried this place out, and sadly I wont be returning. Why?
Product quality doesn't match with high price is the main reason. The homemade donuts at grocery stores are better. The chocolate covered one I got was so thin it was transparent and flaked off like sugar coating. The donuts were very wet on inside, and actually tasted better after sitting a few hours. Now.... I could overlook all the issues because they are edible, however, the price just doesn't match up with the product.
There are a few other issues such as cash only, that can be overcame.
But basically cheaply made donuts should be.. cheap. So either this place should improve quality to match the price, or lower price.

COUNT YOUR CHANGE!!!!
I was given change and didn’t think to count it… but when I added a TIP to the jar the counter lady stated”oh I under paid you $5” and gave me $5 back…. which I thought was strange.
After getting into my car and counting the change including the tip, I was STILL short $5. So the counter lady withheld $10 when she handed me my change. This is so ridiculous!!! Trying to enjoy some donuts with grandkids and have to deal with this. This was first and last time visiting this shop!
I will definitely be spreading the word to family and friends about this scam.
Such a great donut shop. Really that classic hole in the wall (mean that in the best way possible) donut shop that brings back nostalgia of warm fresh delicious donuts.

It was a cold day today, and I was out walking with my service dog. As I was passing by this place, I thought I’d stop in for a quick cup of coffee and maybe grab a donut to go. But the woman working there was extremely rude and started yelling at me to leave.
There’s no sign or information saying dogs aren’t allowed, and I calmly explained that it’s a service dog and I just wanted to buy a coffee. She didn’t care and continued to be very disrespectful.
On top of that, the shelves were almost empty—there was barely anything to choose from. Honestly, terrible service and not worth stopping by.
We heard they have excellent ham and cheese croissants, so we stopped by for a few dozen to serve at a meeting. **HOWEVER** They only accept cash here. Well, my husband and I neither one had enough cash. SUPER disappointed they didn't say anything until my husband went to pay; no signage either. Poor business model in this day and age.
Cash only :/

These are the best donuts in rancho, actually these are the best donuts I’ve ever had. The price is also the best I’ve seen. They were closed on father day so I had to buy from Jax Big mistake, the filled were raw.
