Very bad service, waited more than 25 minutes after i'v been told to wait for 9 minutes and then one of the workers came and through the bag on the counter without say anything and syart talk to the guy behind me. really unacceptable.

I couldn't get help when I came in a worker on her break tried to help me I said when I came in I said hello can someone help me and the manger lady and the lady working ignored me I would never come here I been here before the man that's the manager he is a great 😃 worker but he wasn't in if they don't want to work there they should get a different job this job has to do with customer service 😞

We went inside to order. The register was closed, so the kiosk was the only option, however, we wanted to pay cash. When Collette, an employee, came to deliver an order, we flagged down. She took the time to show us where to find the item we wanted and the option to pay cash. The six piece chicken tasted very good but, Collette's willingness to help and her sweet demeanor was what made the trip worth it.

Order showed “Ready for Pick Up,” but when I got there the store said it was canceled with no notice. Manager didn’t care, customer service was useless, and I wasted 40 minutes for soggy food. Never again.

Not just KFC as prices reach a all time high the quality of fast food really sucks you wont see anymore reviews from restaurants sit down or fast food I don't mind paying the price but if the quality sucks they wont get my bucks everyone is entitled to there own opinion,mine is i could do better cooking at home

Really KFC? A three piece chicken combo $20 with tax. This must be a franchise.. this is literally $9.68 in Tennessee, Texas, Idaho, Kansas, and more. Not to mention my order was cooked 8 hours in advance. You guys never throw away the chicken when you’re supposed to just sell it I guess money is more important from customer satisfaction..
